The property was rustic and could use some TLC. Photos of the units are somewhat misleading, especially in relation to size. Pool area was unsecured at night and visitors from off the property invaded the hot tub area. Loud voices, breaking glass bottles, singing and other sleep disturbing sounds were an annoyance in the 2-5 AM hours. The worst of it was that one of the property employees was a participant! I would like to hear from the property owner about this!

The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, and downtown Estes Park.

The cabin was conveniently located in a beautiful area of Estes Park. The front desk staff (owners?) seemed kind and welcoming. The cabin itself, however; had seen better days. The decor was ‘unusual’ and looked like it was pieced together from a garage sale. Worse it definitely needed a good cleaning which did not happen during the three days we were there. On the second day we ended up calling the front desk just to get towels. Last but not least, our hot tub was only useable one of the days we stayed. We had to have their maintenance come and drain it because it was overflowing with foam. I would like to give it a better score because I liked the people, but it was definitely overpriced for the condition and cleanliness. I will be back to area, but I seriously doubt to this property.

We wish you would have let us know about the cleanliness not being up to standards so that we could have taken care of it for you. As for the hot tub, it sounds like a guest put something in the hot tub that caused the foam (that isn't a normal thing that a hot tub would do). The only way to completely get the foam removed is to drain the hot altogether. We hope you enjoyed the hot tub at the pool complex. Thank you again!
