Staff was nice and helpful. This review stems from a complete lack of amenities. No refrigerator, air conditioning and WiFi that barely functions. For what you pay for your stay I expect better

It was a beautiful location, though the day we arrived there was no running water. It came back on at night. Though next day the water was gone again. So if you’re planning a trip, just be mindful of the possibility of not having running water.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No cell service and spotty wifi. Poorly maintained gravel road and parking lot. The groundskeeper weed whacked a rock into my windshield and cracked it — I had to get it fully replaced and they refused to discount my stay by even one penny. There are 50 better places to book in the Estes Park area. Will not be staying here again.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, the parking area was pretty chewed up and if they put on the website that there was no TV we didn’t see it. The Wi-Fi did not support streaming and cut in and out. We OKgot no housekeeping on our two days stay. We also had a balcony, but the lock would not open. We also did not pursue this so part of that’s on us. On the upside, the bed was clean and comfortable & the bathroom was small, but lovely. Reasonably accessible to Rocky Mountain national Park.
