Large Downtown Loft At The Rivers' Confluence, Walk To Restaurants

Note: please no more than 4 guests as there are only two beds (1 BR + loft) and one shower. The sofa bed might be used only if needed. We want you to have a comfortable stay.

The downtown construction is over, the Loop highway is completed. Notice: the highway now passes in front of the Lofts of Estes building so there's more daytime car traffic.

Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets 1 BR + loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river.

This unit has an enclosed bedroom downstairs and another bed in the open loft upstairs (no door in between loft and living room). Downstairs there's a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, upstairs there's a toilet and a jetted tub.

This unit has a kitchen with mini appliances, full size appliances do not fit with the loft layout, so it has a narrow range, a smaller dishwasher and a mini fridge (under the counter top) - please be aware if you plan to cook (most of our guests don't). Condo has river views from front deck, skylight, fireplace, WiFi internet and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.

Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

The location was spectacular. Easy walk downtown, on the river walk, Bond Park, Safeway, favorite brewery, etc. Loved the loft, gave privacy for my friend with own bathroom facilities. Only had to share the shower on the first floor. If I were to take away a star, it would be due to a tiny fridge. We stayed a week and didn’t eat out much so there was not enough room in the tiny fridge for the food we bought. Also a bigger kitchen trash can is needed. These two things have not stopped us from already requesting the same #4 for next year. Reservation is already bought and paid for.

Place is very conveniently located in Estes Park! Place is dated and needs updating. There is a lack of refrigeration for the amount of adults. An apartment size refrigerator would work well.All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Host communication was on point.Our only wish (and not the fault of the host or owner) was improved parking. While there are a few spots onsite and a provided pass to park across the street, finding a spot in either of these two places on a Saturday afternoon with an event happening downtown required some extra time. The loft was cozy, WiFi was speedy, and location was an easy walk downtown!

My daughter and I loved this place! It’s cozy and cute. It’s practically right on the river walk so you can get to almost any restaurant or shop downtown in minutes. Check in was so easy. When I had a question the response was super quick and friendly. We would love to stay here again!!

I can’t explain how much I loved staying here. It was only couple minutes walk to downtown main st. Restaurants and shops, also Stanley Hotel is only 15 min walk or take the free red trolly shuttle right off the lodge when you walk out theirs a bus stop sign that takes you Stanley Hotel. And I will return hopefully one in near future and the elks all roaming free with their little babies and the Rocky Mountains behind

Stay here! You will be downtown by all the restaurants, bars, shops, River Walk. Walk to tram ride and Visitors Center, etc. Free parking in front of the building or across the street. The condo was very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Be aware the fridge and oven are small but we ate all meals out since restaurants were so close. Check in here and enjoy Estes Park!!

Perfect location

Best Location

We have stayed in several places throughout Estes Park over the years and the best thing about this specific place is its location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to this vacation. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful when we had problems connecting to the internet.

Comfortable and Convenient

Spent 2 days in Rocky Mountain National Park, ate dinner downtown 3 nights and was able to walk to restaurants. Parking was mostly convenient, one night it was an issue, but had parking pass for the lot across the street.

The property was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. My sister and I went out to visit her grandson during his first year at University of Boulder. It was on my bucket list to drive Pike Peak. We are definitely going to book again in the near future. Great experience

Girls Weekend in Estes Park

I usually stay in Estes Park 1-2 times per year, but historically book a place not within walking distance of town. This trip, I wanted to change it up and stay in town, which worked out great! While the street the condo was on was busy, the outside noise did not impact the quality of stay. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of town.
