Gorgeous 3 acre wooded lot surrounding a beautifully crafted home. Log supported and accented vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows on main level facing the Continental Divide. Loft bedroom with a full bath and large closet. Pine wood working from floor to ceilings. Natural gas moss rock fireplace on the main level and a natural gas burning stove on lower level. Fully equipped open kitchen with flagstone floors. 50" and 55" cable TV's on main and lower levels. New furniture 2019.

Peaceful serenity is yours on 3 acres surrounded by open space with mature pine trees and abundant wildlife. This home offers peace and quiet with high-end mountain sophistication. The deck offers a grand view of Continental Divide.

Upon entering this home you will be greeted by the warm and inviting great room. The great room features knotty pine-lined walls and tons of windows that provide mountain ambiance. To your left is the dining room with comfortable seating for 6. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room features a floor to ceiling moss rock gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, comfortable leather sofas, and recliner. There is also access to the large deck.

The kitchen is a great place to prepare meals for your whole group. The kitchen features a stainless steel french-door refrigerator, smooth-top range, microwave, flagstone floor, and dishwasher.

Upstairs is the loft master bedroom, master bathroom, and seating area with views. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two nightstands, two dressers, and plenty of closet space. The en suite master bathroom has a tub shower combo and double sinks.

The main level features two very comfortable bedrooms with large windows, upscale furnishings, and each has a ceiling fan. Each main floor bedroom has a queen bed.

The lower level is a dual-use space. Featuring a 4th bedroom and second living room. The bedroom space has a Queen bed. The living space has two sofas, flat-screen TV, and gas burning stove for extra added warmth.

We had a great family vacation! This property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. The property is close to town while still giving you a secluded and quiet feeling. We will definitely be back.

This house has plenty of space and everyone had a REAL bed with privacy. My teenage granddaughter loved her "cellar suite." She felt like she had her own apartment. The house is remote enough to be peaceful, and yet, it is close enough to town and the National Park to please everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped, the fireplace on the main floor is easy to use, and there are lots of towels. We saw elk and wild turkey in the yard and I learned to play air hockey. A lovely stay!

The property was great, especially for our family. Both the kids and adults enjoyed playing with the table games located in the garage. There was plenty of space for the 3 kids and 4 adults.

We loved our stay in this cabin in the woods. Everything was as described. The location is 10 minutes drive to all of the town amenities. You feel totally secluded in the trees and we had 25 elk walking right by the home. It’s beautiful scenery.

Incredible home-highly recommend

This house was perfect for us! Very baby safe with gates on all 3 interior stairways. Immaculate and well stocked with necessities. Beds incredibly comfortable. Only negative (not owners fault) is roads are very dark at night (duh) and hard to find first night. Close to town and park. We highly recommend this listing and owner.

Prospect Woodlands

This property was all that was advertised and then some. It was spotless, beautifully furnished and very private. This was a special time I got to spend with my daughter and sons alone. All love to cook so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. I would definitely love to return - this time for an even longer stay and with daughter-in-laws and grandchildren. Everything I wanted was provided. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Family Trip

My two sisters and parents had a wonderful stay in Estes Park! There was a bedroom for us all and a fully stocked kitchen. We had hot showers nightly and plenty of room to spend time both together and on our own. We greatly enjoyed escaping the hassle of the crowds and enjoyed watching the wildlife. We saw a bear, many deer, various birds, squirrels, and chipmunks. We even saw a mother deer with her fawns! This is a fabulous place to stay to relax and escape your busy life. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful memories made in the mountains.

Cabin was so clean, cozy and a relaxing week. Everything we needed was supplied. The kids enjoyed the foosball,air hockey and ping pong. Board games and popcorn every evening. It was peaceful outdoors . Will definitely be back again. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

A lovely space that accommodates a lot of people. Well stocked large kitchen. Really clean. Easy access. My only complaint was that you really only have the toilet paper others have left you, and there is no recycling.

Perfect cozy mountain home

We looovvveeeedddd this place so much! We’ve stayed in many homes in the Estes park area and this one is one of our favs! It’s accommodated our whole family. Loved having the ping pong table to play in our spare time when we were not hiking the beautiful RMNP! The open kitchen and living area was perfect for hanging out and playing games with the family around the fireplace. Loved that the fireplace was gas and easy on and off so we didn’t have to mess with starting a log fire. We will be returning to this home again. We are already strategizing our hiking plans for next fall so we can stay in this home! This home is very cozy and we created many memories here! Thank you!!

Birthday fun and National Park Exploration

This property blew us away! Everything was clean and ready for us to check in. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking supplies including some baking needs. It’s in a perfect location to get downtown or to the national park within 5-10 minutes. The ping pong table was a hit! There’s plenty of space for everyone to not feel cramped. The views out of the windows are to die for— the photos don’t do it justice! This trip crossed off another national park on the list! Did you know The Stanley hotel is in Estes Park!? It’s a must see if you like The Shinning or Dum and Dummer. Quiet honestly could not have had a better experience and I cannot wait to make a return trip.

The property was as described and was conveniently located near the park entrance and town. It was the perfect spot to relax and kick back with our friends and family members in one our our favorite vacation spots.
