Scenic Comfort is a comfortable well-equipped Estes Park mountain home which offers panoramic views of Longs Peak, the Continental Divide, and Twin Owls plus easy access to RMNP, downtown Estes Park, and the Historic Stanley Hotel.

This custom-designed home is safely situated in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. It features five bedrooms (2 kings, 2 full, 4 bunk beds) and four full bathrooms to easily accommodate 8 people. It overlooks a private open space with a pond offering abundant wildlife photo opportunities.

There is an attached 2 car garage and driveway for parking.

The interior design of this 3-story home will not disappoint. Enjoy and appreciate views from extensive picture windows, the spacious outdoor deck and two private balconies.

Air conditioning on the top 2 floors will keep you comfortable during those warmer summer days. Trailblazer 1 gigabit fiber internet is provided to be able to work remotely or stream your favorites.

On the main floor the open great room has a vaulted ceiling along with a wood burning fireplace plus 60-inch TV to enjoy from the recliners. YouTube TV is provided. Plus a cupboard full of board games and puzzles.

The large dining room table is perfect to gather around and share stories, laughter, and a joke or two. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counters and two ovens to create your favorite family recipes.

The master suite is located on the main floor with a king bed and a walk-in closet. Plus an office area including a desk and chair and computer monitors. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub and walk in shower.

On the main floor there is a bonus room with TV and soundbar. A laundry room that has everything you need with washer/dryer/iron. The hallway full bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom featuring 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin size beds) for extra guests or kiddos. Both bedrooms offer views of the continental divide and Long’s Peak. The full bathroom has a shower/tub.

The downstairs game area features a dartboard and a pool table which converts to ping pong. This area has walkout access to the open space.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a full bed. One has a balcony and a view of Twin Owls while the other has a balcony facing Twin Sisters and town. The hallway full bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Scenic Comfort is an easy short walk to downtown Estes Park for shopping and dining. You are only minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park, and close to the Lake Estes walking trail, golf course, Estes Park Movie Theater, and the Safeway grocery store.

On September 28th reached out to the property with questions and to open up communication received email from Heather that A representative would contact me never heard back from anyone. Date of arrival my daughter arrived first to the house it was not properly clean. She did reach out, and they offered to come clean. We were to tiered from traveling to have someone come and clean at night. The down stars bathroom had an awful smell we slept with the window open and the heat on. I bought a lot of air refresher. Had to buy laundry soap as none was left as the details say. The reason I bought soap is there is not enough wash cloths. Parking lot is hard to get in and out of. The location was nice, and the house was big but will not be back. I read all the reviews and not sure how this property is rated as a 10 I will give it a 6.

Great house great view

Great house with a great view. Woke up one morning to Elk in the backyard. Amazing. Easy access to Estes Park. One issue jacuzzi tub was broken.

Lovely home

I spent a month at this wonderful home and enjoyed every minut The location is spectacular and very convenient to everything. Plenty of space and beds and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything except a colander. Lots of elk and deer. It is noisy on the patio. You can hear the highway. I will be back!
