BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.

We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Snow removal by SkyRun at 4 inches of new snow on your arrival day.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

The description and photos were not clear for this listing. We asked beforehand about the bedrooms and baths and were told they were all 3 en-suite
this was important because we were 3 couples traveling together
but they were not. 2 are en-suite and one is not. Unfortunately this house did not live up to its 10 star rating
the linens were not good at all. The sheets were thread bare, dingy, and mismatched. The upstairs en-suite bedroom had hair all over a pillowcase and small little black pebbles under the fitted sheet, and the quilt has stains on it. The 2 en-suite bedrooms have very uncomfortable mattresses. Some of the towels in all the bathrooms were stained with either make up, mascara, or dried blood
yuck. We had plenty of towels though and it was fine. The floors downstairs were not clean
very dusty and gritty. The carpet also could use a good cleaning. I understand that things happen and people have off days. I have told the rental co. and they are going to check with the cleaners and notify the owners of the need for new linens. I like to leave honest reviews, because I like to read reviews before I make a reservation. The Great part
the house was in a Great location, very convenient to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park!! The view from the house is awesome and we loved seeing elk, mule deer, prairie dogs and birds right at the house!

We enjoyed the property. The location was really great and the views were wonderful. The hot tub was great! The house doesn’t have AC and we weren’t informed until check in so be aware. And the house doesn’t cool if there’s no breeze and it’s warm outside. One night it didn’t get below 76. Add a memory foam topper to the main floor master and get AC and we would be repeat customers.

Perfect Spot

This was very conveniently located right off the road that takes you East into town or West into RMNF. The rooms were all very spacious with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms in 2 of the 3 rooms. The loft was perfect for our 18 year old to set up his own space and spread out. The kitchen had everything we could’ve needed and was appreciated as we used it often. The living room was super cozy and had the most comfortable couches. We enjoyed several movie nights snuggled up and hanging out with one another. The hot tub was a fun bonus and we took full advantage of it. We love visiting Estes Park and will definitely consider this spot again should we need a larger space.

Lots of pros: We loved our stay here
 the house was beautiful and clean, beds were so comfortable, towels were soft, showers were awesome! We even got a pack n play and high chairs for the littles. The location was also amazing
 very close to town and to RMNP! Now for some minor cons: Try as I might, we didn’t see any wildlife around the house. Also, they had someone come during our stay to measure for a concrete slab for the hot tub (which was still not installed in time for our stay). We booked early in the summer when the hot tub said it was estimated to be installed by July and so I figured it was sure to be done by September
 and that was the main reason for choosing this house (which was more expensive than the other places we considered), so it was disappointing that it still wasn’t ready in mid-September. But, all in all, I would stay here again!

Great Cabin

The cabin is very well taken care of and fit all of our needs. It is located in a great location that is quiet. Upstairs can get a little warm with no A/C but that can be easily remedied with open windows and the several fans in the home. Only complaint was regarding the hot tub. Listing said it was expected to be operation by 7/11/22. We arrived 8/7/22 and it still wasn’t working.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! The location is great as we were within minutes from the Rockies. The grocery store is a two min drive as well. The place worked out so well for us and love the space! Laura was great to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!
