Gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment in quiet neighborhood.

This unit has only had 1 review on VRBO. That guest stayed with us for a month and even stated they would stay again. Other platforms have this rental as a 5 star rating over 8 reviews. This rental features one large bedroom with a king bed and a futon in the back of the living room perfect for relaxing after a day of work. Though we are next to the wright-Patterson Air Force Base, this space is a research and development installation as well as the home for Air Force two servicing but only has seldom airplane activity. You will hear taps and reveille daily.
Guests enjoy central heating climate control that keeps the temperature just right in the winter with window AC for summer nights. Whether you’re unwinding or getting ready for the day, the apartment offers everything you need in a comfortable setting. It’s a marvelous spot to recharge and feel at ease. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host, Steve is cordial and attentive to needs. The house is old but remodeled as best as it can be. The neighborhood is run down, and fairly quiet. The house is quite secure with locks and lighting. The Air Force base is near, which may help with security if you had to call law enforcement.
