Breakfast was the very ordinary stuff you find at many hotels. Would have liked to have had fresh bananas. Other than that this property is well managed, clean and quiet. Sort of off the beaten path, but the property itself is fine. I would stay again.

Grand stay!!

Sweet hotel, large and comfortable rooms with comfy beds and fluffy pillows. All amenities we needed and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fresh and tasted great…bacon, eggs, potato wedges, cereals, pancakes, freshly oatmeal with ALMONDS, cranberries and brown sugar. 3 juices, hard boiled eggs, a variety of yogurts, bottled milk, 2 types of breads and muffins and some of the best coffee ever. Overall, a great experience.

Great stay

Plenty of parking. Room was clean and there was plenty of room. We had a 2 queen room with two teens. 2 chairs, desk, microwave (perfect for leftovers), mini fridge. Room was cleaned daily, (reservation said no housekeeping service) Breakfast was perfect. Pancake maker was a hit!!!! So easy. Staff continually cleaning tables and replacing food. Friendly, considerate, and accomodating. Clean, updated! A great value. Will definitely return. Went to battleship cove and Newport! Many options on DoorDash, a plus for teens. Deliver directly to your room.

There was nothing to complain about, besides the weather on the rainy, windy night I arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The room was up two floors and 50 ft away. Room was spotless, and comfy. In the bathroom, there was a chip out of the tub rim, revealing a black subsurface, but it was small and obviously clean. At breakfast, a typical motel offering of scrambled eggs, the eggs had sat a while and the sausage patties were a trifle old, but ever-so edible. Enjoyed the yogurt and muffin assortment. Coffee was good and fresh.
