We were placed on an ADA room. The shower curtain were too short and water sprayed all over the bathroom. When we asked to be switched to a regular room, althoughf there was availability, front desk said they would rather fix the shower curtain. It did not get fixed. I almost fell because the floors were wet and slippery. Also they tried to ring me twice for a pet fee.
