Nothing of the equipment worked,tried it but nothing. Rooms were clean, but heat was hit or miss. Either too hot or too cool. Breakfast was not great. Not much choice. We were told pool was closed for cleaning when we arrived on February 28th. Young man working the desk seemed like he didn't know when it would reopen. It was open the next day. Lot of ice by the exit closest to the pool area. Will probably not stay here again. It is in a good location but for what you get seems a little over priced.

Staff were great and the room was very clean and comfortable. However, the wifi was out dor 2 days and the breakfast options were bleak. I also did not have a room or towel refresh during my entire 4 night stay.

Room was very visibly dirty. Stained bed skirts that looked liked they had never been washed. Walls had stains, alarm clock was missing a screen, build up of debris and dirt visible. Bathroom walls had dust bunnies clinging to them as well as mildew in the caulking. Cracked sink, something ripped off wall but not replaced-guessing a hairdryer. Overall very dirty, it made us afraid to touch surfaces.

There seemed to be several maintainance issues. We had to pry open the front sliding door manually and close it manually. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance. Checking in was really slow. There was a language issue. The person had to ask for help several times.
