Cheap.. so I guess you get what you pay for.

Front desk staff did their job but not with a smile. I didn’t feel welcome there. Lots of questionable people hanging around the hotel. Room was clean but rundown. Continental breakfast was lacking greatly and many items like the eggs and breakfast meat were empty not even an hour after it opened.

It was ok for a quick nights stay and not willing to pay a ton. Room was fine, beding appeared new. But the hallway, at least on the 2nd floor, smelled like pee.

It was a good stay. The first room we got had not been cleaned but the staff graciously gave us a clean room. One of the beds looked sagged out but the room was fairly clean. I love the fact that the pool was open till midnight.

Bed was comfortable. Two light bulbs missing and one broken. Fridge had leftover food last guests forgot. Poor breakfast. Everywhere we looked there were broken things. Very poor upkeep.

Room was clean. Bathroom was small and the wobbly sliding door didn't lock. Empty kleenex box holder. Safe was locked when we arrived so we couldnt use it. Same garbage and glitter on the carpets for our whole stay. In the middle of our stay we got locked out of our room, somehow. Went to the front desk and had to get new keys programmed several times before we could get back in. Would not stay here again.

It was adequate for what my needs were. I did find some burned out lightbulbs, but I did not report them. No Kleenex available in the room. Only one waste basket, but adequate for just myself.

Starting off service was as usual great they were able to accommodate our needs to have a ground floor room due to elderly parents. That was awesome. The rooms were great and clean. However downside was that the hallway smelled like marijuana. We noticed the smell when we first got there just kinda brushed it off but before the end of the night one of the other guest was asking if we had any extra weed to smoke and could sell to them or if we knew where they could buy some at. It was late at night but told the staff the following morning and should’ve told them then. We like most people were awake around 11pm and later since the storm that was passing through was producing high winds rain and tornadoes. Either way will continue to use red roof inn have used them in the past multiple times and have never had an issue just wasn’t a fan of my wife being asked that or having my kids ask what that smell is. Continental breakfast was fine and a nice thing to use given our tight schedule for the soccer tournament and multiple kids going different directions.
