When we checked in we noticed there was blood on the curtains and in the bathroom on the floor, brought it to the attention of a manager he came right away promised it would be cleaned. It wasn’t. Asked again, came back and still wasn’t cleaned. Crumbs I can tolerate but someone’s blood is pretty gross.

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room and the hotel was fully booked, so couldn’t switch rooms. There was no maintenance available to fix the room. We were given a fan which was ok. Poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was standard.

Property was clean, staff was excellent. There needs to be more parking, exhause fans in the bathroom due to humidity from showering and AC definitely needs fixing. Thermostat says 83 degrees.

This was a decent hotel-very affordable which was what I was looking for. The bathroom was a little dirty and I had to ask for soap at the front desk, but it wasn’t a big deal for the price I paid. The lady at the front desk was able to switch my room so I could check in early, which was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t great. Convenient location, right off the interstate. Overall, the hotel met my needs & I would probably stay there again.

Nice and close to shopping and activities, for the most part it’s pretty good but the maintenance could be improved like toilet paper holder coming off wall and shower drain was plugged.

Breakfast staff were kind and professional. Checkout was a long process. Key stopped working and no one at front desk, dialed 0 no one answered and had to stand around for 20 minutes waiting. You need more staff.

Dirty blankets with stains and one blanket had hair. Bug was flying around climbed up the wall, fridge was loud, had to unplug it, Not enough toilet paper, had to call twice because first time they only brought one roll of toilet paper. Very very loud. Coming from out our door in hallway. Door is very thin with big gaps. When I checked out, I told the front desk gal about how dirty it was, and she was not apologetic. She just said she wouldn’t let her housekeeping know about it. She should’ve at least apologized and gave a discount on my room
