"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Restaurant food was good. Lots of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. I woukd stay again."

"We had a great experience to stay at great candidate casino resort Toronto. The beds are very comfortable, we slept so well during the two nights. The swimming pool, steam sauna, and the dry sauna are fantastic. It only needs to be checked about the closet which may have a strange smell, and the hair conditioner were all empty in the swimming room. Overall, it is great!"

Staff was incredibly attentive and went puf of their way to accommodate my daughter and I.Sarfaraz Farooqui,the front Desk manager was very helpful and kind. So was Ozan,in the entrance. The staff at Frenchy restaurant in the premises was particularly attentive. Abby,our waiter as well as an older gentleman who unfortunately I can’t spell the name made us both feel so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Hilton Toronto!"

"The Fairmont Royal York Gold is a first class hotel. We feel very spoiled and pampered when we stay there. I do have two suggestions. Provide a rubber nonskid mat for the shower. Put a grab bar by th3 toilet."
