I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I loved how quiet and relaxing it was, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. The little touches, like the warm hospitality and attention to detail, really made the experience memorable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay!

Located well, easy access from train station from the airport, as well as local services to get further afield, walkable to st Lawrence market and distillery District and all the downtown things as well as King and Queen streets. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. The AC is quite loud so bring earplugs or be prepared for some potentially warm nights!

We recently spent 3 nights here. It was a nice check in experience. The room was small, but nice. Fast elevators and a Tim Hortons right across the street. Their in room coffee options could use an upgrade. Thanks for a nice place to call home while we toured Toronto.

Was very cute layout and design with the grovey patters, room was nice and spacious. Would have like instructions for the lights they were hard to figure out especially the ones behind the bed. Overall had a great stay and was nice and quiet.

Super nice boutique hotel, close to a tonne of notable spots and transportation. Would definitely stay here again. Perla was great, super friendly! Great branding too. Liked the coffee and tea in the room and the kettle was a nice touch instead of terrible Keurig pods.

Location is amazing! We stayed here for a concert at the Scotiabank Arena and the walk was less than 10 minutes! The lobby is super cute and has a cafe that is open until 11pm which is super convenient! And there are several restaurants and cafes very close! I would definitely recommend!

Downtown Toronto Jewel

What a great find! The vibe is wonderful right from the time you enter the lobby with the lovely, contemporary lounge (serving excellent breakfast and coffee in the morning and cocktails at night), to the well-appointed, clean rooms. And Jonas and his colleagues at the front desk provided exceptional service making this our new fave go to in Toronto! And you can't beat the location if downtown T.O. is where you want to be.
