The staff are wonderful! So warm and helpful. The hotel as a whole is beautiful and clean ! The bar & restaurant was a vibe & had some good options & fun drinks! The hotel also checks up on you & makes sure you’re taken care of. I will definitely come back !

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the One King West. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we had planned to go on our holiday. Scotiabank Arena, Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, etc. all within 10 min walk! The suite was very clean with a great view of the city and we loved having the small kitchen. We will definitely be staying again.

My check-in went smoothly, however it appears that the concierge failed to provide me with an Expedia voucher I had earned for stays at that location. Not an issue, and I wasn’t even aware I was entitled to it, however, this then resulted in first the concierge calling me shortly thereafter and waking me up to let me know that they had forgotten to provide you the voucher and that it would be waiting for me at the front desk to retrieve at my convenience. Again, no issue, however an hour later I was again woke woken up, this time by a staff member who was delivering the voucher to my room despite already being woken once and being advised that the voucher would be waiting for me. All this for $20 that on principle I was now not going to spend. I appreciate the staff’s desire to look after me, but this was exactly the opposite and felt intrusive and annoying. Please, if you’ve got some kind of promotion do it right or don’t do it at all but this actually ruined my stay.
