We had a wonderful stay at One King West. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive—from the front desk to the bar staff—and everyone we passed was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We were able to switch rooms with ease, and the way the team handled it was so kind and accommodating. Both rooms were clean and had everything we needed. While the first room we were given was smaller and on a higher floor, the second room was larger and ended up being a much better fit for our stay. Since we were there for more than one night, having the extra space really made a difference and made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to include more food options for different dietary restrictions. Other than that, everything was excellent. We had a really great stay and are very much looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made this trip so memorable!

Missing amenities upon arrival. No slippers and when we requested, they said they don’t have it. Bathroom floor was dirty and we had to walk on our socks because there’s no slipper, imagine how cold the floor is.

For a luxury hotel I expected a lot more. The wifi was pretty slow, you can't use the HDMI in the tv in the room (video gamers beware), the room service food was mediocre, the amenities were a bit smaller than expected and no pool, the walls are very thin and the doors slam very loudly. I'd say this was closer to a 3 star experience... Though I will say the hotel room was nice and clean, there are stovetops and pans for cooking, the staff are very friendly and quick to respond to requests.
