Every part of our stay at this hotel was top shelf! The greeting by the valet, check in process, beautiful accommodations, and suggestions from the concierge all exceeded my expectations! I may not travel to Toronto often, but this will be where I stay!!

We were in room 110. Outside our window was the back entrance for the luggage and other back of house functions. It was disruptive due to the coming and going of deliveries and employees working. Additionally the wall our headboard was against had what sounded like metal racks for luggage on the other side of the wall. Luggage was slammed against the wall frequently during regular business hours. The room should be taken out of service.

The room was cleanly and nice. The washroom was very underwhelming and the door positioning makes no sense. The front desk staff honestly were some of the worst I’ve come across. Everything typical request with services took 10-20 minutes longer than it should and the hotel wasn’t event close to fully booked. I definitely won’t be staying here again and only leaving the 5 star review because the housekeeping staff deserve it. They are the only we that do a good job there. Buyer beware.

The staff are very accommodating. We’ve been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, however the AC in the main bedroom is not cooling so it’s quite hot inside the bedroom but the AC vent in the study area is so cool.

Nice room, good size with full kitchen. In the historic building so ceilings were really high. Historic building doesn't have the big city view but has nice big windows for light. Appeared to be a recent leak or something as there were fans all along the hallway and the wallpaper had been pulled up. Didn't really affect my stay other than having to lift suitcases over the fans and cords but I didn't bring a lot so not a big deal for me. Might be more of an issue for others. Overall I would recommend for the right price.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in a corner suite in the tower on one of the higher floors and the views were fantastic. Great location, quite close to Union Station and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect. Right on the subway system and steps to the nearest bus stop. The staff were great and the views were amazing from our room on the 43rd floor. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a nice surprise.

What a great place to stay in downtown Toronto! The hotel is beautiful. It’s conveniently located and had every amenity imaginable. The apartment style suites are the way to go! Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, answering any questions I had and providing good recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Our room was beautiful. We loved being within walking distance from shopping and entertainment. They couldn’t accommodate us with parking, but were directed to reasonably priced parking around the block. 100% would stay there again.
