The staff go above and bryond here. They made our stay and whole experience amazing! The hotel is hostoric yet fully upgraded. Also huge bonus it is connected competley by the path system to union and TTC. Wont stay anywhere else now while in toronto!

I had an amazing staycation at the One King West Hotel. The room was so clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect as it was right by the Path so we were able to walk to many places. 10/10 would recommend staying at the One King West Hotel!

Tellers Bistro: I sat down and waited about 20 minutes to be served. The server went from one table to another, then disappeared. She came back and quickly served two guests that had just sat down. Finally the bartender noticed that I still hadn't been served yet, and when he came close to me his cologne was so strong, it just made me want to leave (I have a sensitivity to frangrances). I ordered and left asap. My room was comfortable, layout was strange. One of two usb ports by the bed was only working properly. The other one was way to finicky and wouldn't charge sometimes. Toilet paper in my room was absolutely terrible. It would rip when you pull from the dispensor and rip when you try to wipe! The washroom in the lobby had better toilet paper and didn't tear on contact. Reception: Checking in and out was a breeze. There was an issue about an invoice that was sent to me from the bistro, it was a $0 balance, but it was looked into and removed. I enjoyed using the path to get to Union Station. Great way to avoid the cold weather.
