What a great hotel. Right from the start at Check-in Pre was very welcoming. She set the tone for our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The floor was quiet. The bar in the lobby was a nice place to have drinks before dinner. The lighting set a nice ambiance. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Toronto. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

One King West was in a very convenient location close to many things that I was doing while I was in the city. The room was spacious and clean. The food that I ordered from the café for breakfast was delicious and very well presented! My only small complaint was that in order to check in early, I needed to pay an extra $30. At other hotels, I’ve stayed at, if the room is ready I am able to check in at the time that I arrive even if it is before the actual check-in time.

I had a fantastic stay at One King West. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Valet service was smooth and very accommodating, which made arrival and departure effortless. The room itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. Any small issue or request that came up was handled immediately and without hesitation. Overall, the service and attention to detail really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
