Cannot recommend enough! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and the concierge accommodated us beautifully! They upgraded our stay, as well as gave us a $20 room service voucher and 20% off lunch at Tellers. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment we got there to the moment we left! In addition, upon ordering room service, staff made my boyfriend a cheesecake with a birthday message..how sweet! Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amenities were excellent, staff were friendly and attentive, the food was great, and the entire place was spotless. A solid 10/10 experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

staff was very friendly. My daughter and I had to wait one hour past check-in time for our room so they took care of us in the bar area. Bar staff was very friendly on both nights.

The kitchen was useful, except that there was no soap or towels for cleaning up. Heating was fine. The toilet paper dispenser is horrible. Little pieces of toilet paper come out in shreds. I ended up going to Shoppers and buying some regular toilet paper to use while I was there.

Love it here - always a warm welcome at check-in and the rooms are great! Location is superb. The interior of the lobby is lovely and spacious, and the floor above the lobby is truly spectacular.
