I booked this room for one of our drivers I was sending to Toronto. He would be arriving with a coach bus, I called ahead to make see if there was an additional charge for a larger vehicle to park during his stay and was assured…there is no charge for this. Much to the drivers surprise, he was told there would be a charge of a couple hundred dollars and if he didn’t pay, he would be asked to leave immediately without a refund for the unused nights. Hmmm, beware of their business practices…quite unethical.

Check in was super smooth. Room spacious, overall clean except for the corners of the bathroom. Liked the toiletries provided which had a citrus scent. Multiple pillow options. Only complaint would be soundproofing, stayed at a room facing the street, could hear the planes as well as guests next door and in the hallway
