No compensation for non working airport shuttle

I tried calling the hotel for an airport pickup and the line was busy for 20 minutes Apparently the phone was off the hook or not working Had to get an uber to the hotel for $20 CAD which took another 30 minutes to get because it was busy I told them that they advertise a free shuttle but if you cannot get it then there should be compensation for the cost and trouble Sent then my uber receipt and have not heard back

Very good shuttle service from & to the airport Decor is fresh @ modern - very clean also. Breakfast was fine - good variety but no yogurt. Staff were friendly & helpful & the price was reasonable - good value for an overnight close to the airport .

Dirty light switches. Plugged sink after 10 mins. House cleaner was friendly but no one else, I already wish I never left the Carribean. Only boiled eggs for protein - with the exception of plain yougurt. House cleaning started before 9 am. Very very average. Hotels in Ontario seem to take advantage of the fact the clients need the service. Is this the new normal for $200?

Room was sub par and smelt like stale cigarettes. Someone starting burning toast or something around 3 am so that was annoying and my neighbours were loud until very late. Was not a fun time. Had a friend who stayed down at a Hilton close by and was way better
