Holiday inn in Tiffin ohio

Bed was comfortable, room large. Clean and clean towels everyday. Breakfast was very good better than the other hotels here.

My siblings and niece and nephew were inTiffin to inter my dads ashes so we were a bit raw emotionally. The staff was so kind and empathetic.

The staff were very friendly. However at checkin the staff member did not know how to process a hotels.com reservation. Also, I was given a room close to the check in desk that was noisy late into the night and early in the morning that made sleeping difficult.

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Rooms are good size and updated. Just generally not very clean. Got to the room and had a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. Fine for the night.

We were there for an overnight softball tournament, so we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. But we interacted with friendly staff every time we left and returned!!
