This house was perfect. Great location close to little America (for North Pole experience), downtown, and a perfect park for kids (and adults). Spacious with split floor plan which was perfect for our two families. Had everything we needed. Impeccably clean. Check in easy and went flawless. 100% would stay here again.

Family stay

The house was super clean it was very nice and cozy and warm. It was a great layout of bedrooms. Lots of dishes, towels, blankets and nice living room, great space for a family to watch a movie. The dinning table was perfect for a family meal and card games.

Middle of the Road House

Bedroom mattresses were super hard. Only one bedroom had a comfy mattress. Super close to the railroads and traffic so you could hear everything. I don’t think we were in a “good” part of the neighborhood. Found 3 spiders right when we walked in. We rent a ton of houses when we travel and I would rate this a “middle of the road” house.

Amazing stay

I rented this property to bring my parents into the area for their grandson's graduation. It worked out amazing for gathering of family and a few friends to have a cookout. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for a great time away!

Great experience staying here to visit flagstaff for the first time . Kids enjoy the snow around and we’re very comfortable. Great communication with the host in regards to extending the stay and Wifi issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house!

This property had a super cute design. The property was also equip with everything a family could need. Loved the variety of games for the kids and selection of teas for the adults. Also the property manager was super accommodating and let us check in a bit earlier and communicated quickly and efficiently. If we are ever in town again we’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!

We went up for family weekend as our daughter is a student at NAU, the house isn’t far from campus. Maybe a 10 minutes drive, the house is really nice very clean and plenty of parking if you have a couple people coming up. We will definitely stay again.

Owner very easy to work with. Messaged re needing some supplies and delivered quickly. Nice to be a bit away from downtown and location is very convenient to Route 66. Place was extremely clean and had prymuch anything you might need for an extended stay. Would definitely rebook if in Flagstaff again

Nice property

This was a great place to stay for our week in Flagstaff. The only suggestion I would make is it would be nice to have a welcome book with information about the property, ie electrical box, how to turn off the water, wifi info, just for emergencies and such. Other than that, wonderful property. Very clean and neat. We all enjoyed our stay.
