Natural light abounds in this home’s main living area welcomed in through lots of private windows. The living room seating beckons guests to settle in for some relaxation, read or play a game of chess. Guests can wander into the kitchen area, which offers tons of work space and a mobile center island perfect for meal prep, mingling or set up as a bar. Cooking enthusiasts will love this well-equipped open space with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, large pantry, and available cabinet space. Seating for eight guests is available at the dining table with 4 additional seats at the island. The main level contains a large master suite. Vaulted ceilings, luxurious king bed, TV, private en suite bathroom with dual-sink vanity, a jetted tub, and separate shower with huge master closet. There are two additional bedrooms both with queen-sized beds and a full bathroom with no need to access stairs.

Downstairs is equally inviting with access to the large backyard, deck and hot tub. There is a family-game room area with a large sectional couch and oversized smart TV. Attached is what we call the “variety room” with a king bed, twin bed, desk space, kitchenette (sink, fridge, micro), exercise equipment, DVD's, games! There is also a full bathroom along with a family bedroom containing a queen bed and a bunk bed (two twin beds).


Our temps swing 40 degrees from day to night. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
