Accademia Apartment - Four Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

The apartment is located on the second floor of a nineteenth-century building, without elevator. It consists of a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories and appliances (including washing machine),  four bedrooms (two double and two single) and two bathrooms. This accommodation has all the advantages of living a holiday in the heart of a city of art and culture: being able to walk and explore the surrounding districts in full agility and at the same time take advantage of comfortable spaces when you need a bit of home rest after long walks.

Limitation of services: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.

Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
