The Hotel was very comfortable and close to all the sites in Florence. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we were missing was being able to log into our Netflix and watch tv at night before going to sleep.

I recently stayed at this property and appreciated its convenient location within Rome’s historic inner city. The accessibility to key landmarks made exploring effortless. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding certain aspects of the stay. The limited availability of staff made addressing concerns challenging, and I noticed that the rooms could benefit from more attention to detail before guest arrival. For example, upon check-in, our toilet seat was broken, and due to time constraints, we were unable to properly address this issue with the hotel team. Additionally, while I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, I found the selection to be quite limited. Overall, the accommodation was acceptable, especially for guests who prioritize location over certain services. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving future stays for your visitors.

I did not sleep well for the entire stay. The mattress and pillows were awful!!! The room was very simple. The bathroom was very small. You needed to bring your luggage up and down on your own, This place has many stairs! This hotel sells on location. If you are seeking for location setting only and sleeping on a bed of rocks, then this is the place to go!

This hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is right in the historical district so everything in Florence was in walking distance. There is a nice cafe directly across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. The staff for the included breakfast was very attentive.

Location was great, close to all places but a bit noisy with crowds nearby. Hotel room was a bit small and old style. It used an actual key. And we had to leave the key to the front desk when going out, quite interesting though. Breakfast was free and nice, but the staff serving the breakfast was not that friendly on the first two days.

Staff were fabulous, nice surprise breakfast was included, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, cereals and a lady there to make fresh coffee which was a bonus. Perfect location few mins walk from train station but far enough to not feel like you're near a train station. So many dining options, markets few mins walk away with a fabulous food hall. I read and read reviews and worry when booking based on reviews, but i was very happy, id stay again and would recommend to my family.
