First I read the reviews so l came expecting a slightly older hotel with a nice staff. So I based my ratings on that criteria. I was not disappointed. The hotel was a pretty short walk from the train station a little over 1/2 block from a main street. The first time it took 15 minutes. We were early but they accommodated our bags. The staff was very friendly. The location was great. We were not far from anything we wanted to do. We were about a 15/20 minute walk from the main bridge. I

Very nice property located in a great spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was we had multiple issues with our toilet not flushing. The staff said it was because the button wasn’t getting hit just right. It was frustrating to have this issue happen multiple times during our stay. Otherwise our stay was fantastic.

The best hotel experience ever! Definitely coming back. The hotel atmosphere, staff’s elegance and vintage design style is unmatched. The paintings on the ceiling were marvellous. The food was great at breakfast. Had a wonderful time.

Lovely property that is truly in the heart of Florence. It was so easy to constantly go out to explore, come back to the room and regroup/ freshen up to explore some more. Staff were very lovely and my even though check in was at 14:00, my room was ready for my arrival at 11:09 and I was able to enter immediately. Complimentary tea and coffee in the dining room 24/7 is a nice addition. I will be coming back to this hotel. Thank you Paris Hotel staff

WONDERFUL!! We loved the hotel, our room was incredible, staff was great and the location was right in the heart of town. We booked the suite and OMG it was so worth it. We loved the history of our building. The breakfast was really good. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paris. It’s beautiful with a renaissance feel. Great location to walk to the train station, the duomo, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very big and clean. They have an elevator but there are still some stairs. The front desk staff is very friendly. They were able to hold our luggage for a couple days while we took a short trip to another city. We had breakfast one day there were lots of options and everything was fresh. One thing to note most hotels in Florence do not turn AC on until mid-May. The windows open which was great but we also purchased a small fan at a local store. I would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great, plus you can grab coffee and tea at any time. We did not find the a/c to be working, even in April, so we had to sleep with the windows open. It was very, very loud - this was the only drawback. Great location to all.

Great location

This is a perfect location for walking to the sights. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The exterior front of the hotel is being cleaned up which meant it is entirely covered with scaffolding and a huge safety net. This was right across all the windows so they are blocked in.
