Not the most "luxurious experience" but for the price exceptionally safe and accessible. We were able to leave our luggage in the common area before and after check in and felt very comfortable doing so. In a very useful location in the city. Would stay again. A very nice touch was the walk out terrace with views overlooking the city.

Location was great. Staff was so friendly. I misplaced my sunglasses in room and cleaning services found it and brought back to me before I left hotel. So very honest. Hotel allowed us to leave our bags and come back to use washroom and sit in lobby as well. Meal options was also great and food was so tasty. Wished we stayed longer

It was nice place to stay. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very friendly. It is an old building, however, so anyone expecting what they would get especially ina North American hotel will be disappointed. But the older building has its charms and it is nicely appointed and decorated. The Air conditioning, especially with its temperature lock, was a disappointment.

The room was fine but the property could use some updating. Torn carpets in hallways the guest lounge was outdated not well decorated the paintings were ugly. The breakfast was very good however and the staff super nice. In such a beautiful city just paint your walls a nice color. Put some pretty photos of artwork and replace your carpet in the hallways and you will have a beautiful hotel.

Great location near markets and restaurants. Close to train station so it’s easy to move in and out of the city from there. Hotel is very clean and cozy and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommended.
