Excellent location and kindly staff, the only I can complain is about the elevator, was not available for 2nd floor and had to carry my heavy luggage

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heat of Florence. It was a short walk to all the interesting places in the city.

Excellent hotel with everything you need to explore Florence 10 minute walk from the train station 10 minute walk to all the lovely sites Florence has to offer. We had a quad room for 3 nights that was more than adequate for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, was cleaned daily and the staff on reception were always cheerful and helpful.

I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi connection was terrible, AC not working properly so I was sweating all night and couldn’t sleep, thin walls (can hear other guests through the walls), the rooms were not cleaned properly, no elevator (had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs), really bad water pressure in the shower, pillows were totally flat, bad street noise - the room would literally shake with trucks driving past outside. Not worth the money.
