Very close to SMN train station. They kept our bag for us after checkout so we can still enjoy Florence for the rest of the day. WiFi was spotty inside our bedroom but as soon as you step out into the hallway the signal is stronger.

Just no real complaints to do with the hotel except upon leaving the building by a side doorway opening I was using hand rails and someone who owned building had a metal doos open that I cut two fingers on leaving the building

The only 3 stars out of 5 on this property is due to its location. It's a 3 min walk to the train station and 5-10 mins to San Lorenzo market and dining around Santa Maria Novella. For U$260/night in late Sep/early Oct, room is in a depressing state with wallpaper peeling off, lamps attached to wall are uneven, and everything looks extremely old including the tiny bathroom.

Quarto espaçoso, com frigobar e chaleira elétrica. Na acomodação possui um elevador, o que facilita com as bagagens. Muito próxima a estação de trem, o que pode tornar o arredor um pouco desconfortável e inseguro de noite (ainda mais para uma mulher).

Razoavel.

Bem localizado, muito próximo a estação de trem, o que ajuda muito. Cama muito boa e chuveiro ok. Um inconveniente é que estavam fazendo obra no quarto do lado, então, era impossível dormir até um pouquinho mais tarde. As 8h já começavam os barulhos. Sem contar o barulho no corredor que também passada todo. Talvez uma opção seria melhorar a acústica do quarto. O check in foi fácil, tem um informativo na porta de entrada, só seguir as instruções.

I really enjoyed my stay here with reasonable price. Although the check-in location was different from the actual accommodation place, I actually found this more convenient—it allowed me to use two different entrances that suited my travel plans. If you're visiting Florence in the summer, the air conditioning here works excellently—even feels cool and refreshing. The room was also more spacious than general standard hotel rooms, which made the stay certain degree comfortable.

Hospedagem anexa a um hotel, cheguei cedo e deixei as malas na recepção, quando retornei no fim do dia as malas já estavam no quarto, o que foi ótimo, muito próximo a estação SMN o que facilita muito nos bate e volta. Funcionários e limpeza muito boa. A única situação é o tamanho do Box do banheiro que é muito pequeno e quando toma banho molha todo o banheiro. Voltaria com certeza
