This property is located on the top floor of the historic Oriuolo building, in a very central position. The apartment consists of a very bright living room overlooking the famous Oblate garden, a kitchen equipped with a dining table. The apartment can accommodate up to six guests, in fact it has two double bedrooms on the first floor, and a third bedroom on the upper floor. The apartment also has three bathrooms, two of which are private. Washing machine and wifi connection available for guests.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
