This host and apartment were phenomenal! They had snacks, water, breakfast items and coffee provided for us. They were in constant communication and helped us every day. She even made dinner reservations for us! The apartment was clean, beautiful and full of character and Italian charm. Perfect location in the heart of Florence. Wonderful!

VRBO needs to create a new 6 star ranking for Palazzo Neri and host Serena. The apartment was simply magnificent. Beautiful, spotless and comfortable which shows the skill of the designer, in this case Serena herself. The apartment is an easy 10-12 minute walk from everything you want to see in Florence. Doumo, Accademia, Uffizi and Central Market are all within a few minutes. Just outside the front door is a wonderful bakery, cafe and coffee shop. There are 4-5 truly outstanding restaurants within 500 feet. We had high expectations for our stay at Plazza Nori all of which were exceeded.

Serena was amazing! She made the check-in and check out process easy but honestly I have never stayed in such a clean and organized place before. She answered questions before we arrived as well as texts here and there. She also wrote a book that had her suggestions for the area as well many tourist books on the coffee tables. She had complimentary snacks, beverages. The location was perfect and you could walk to everything. Serena and her home made our trip an amazing experience 🤍
