Great guest service

My rating is not for my stay but for how they had an issue with my room. Before I arrived there was a plumbing issue in my room. When I arrived they had already found me an alternate place to stay, took care of my transfer, and made it the easiest check in possible - I am always impressed when a hotel responds professionally and quickly to an issue before the guest could even complain - well done

Cosy place convenient to everything

Super location near train station, the market and the Duomo. Quiet end of street with great vibes. Safe. Comfortable bed with updated shower room. Lovely reception area with water and little treats for guests. A nice touch. Also mini bar very reasonable. Friendly staff.

The room was fabulous for a family of five and the area was super close to everything. The stence of Sewer in the elevator and room was completely horrific and was a real health concern. I would not reccomend this hotel for that reason. We literally had to cover our noses, open the window and used room spray all night long.

Great stay - safe, near the train station

Such an easy experience from the train station to dropping our bags to exploring the city. Quiet street but easy to get to the action of the city. Front desk was super nice and helpful. Wish we stayed one more night. Next time we return we will stay again.

The rooms are spacious and inviting. Staff was professional and friendly. Bathrooms were modern and clean. The hotel staff provided complimentary wine at check-in. Great location and service

Amazing historic property with small but functional and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Quiet location with excellent proximity to great restaurants and the main railway station. We left too early to sample breakfast but it was offered. Would stay again.

This hotel is walkable from the train station which was nice. Also, has lots of restaurants and stores near by. The staff were delightful and we even stored our luggage for free. Communication was great with staff before and during our stay.

Overall, a really good stay--except for the noise every morning starting around 5am. It might have been the cleaning crew coming on shift. I'm a light sleeper, so it was pretty annoying. The beds were excellent, bathroom was great. Breakfast was very good. The noise was the only issue.

My heat did not work and I was freezing the whole time. I did report this to front desk and they said they would send some one after 8:30pm last night but no one came. I got a bad cold from the cold air. My room did not look like picture I requested. I did not get any upgrade. Breakfast was just average. Same every day. Would have preferred some change.
