The suite is just at the corner with Ponte Vecchio, on the Oltrarno river bank, in Borgo San Jacopo. The interior is 70 square meters (820 square feet): two bedrooms with a double bed (160x200), living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The suite is located on the first floor, accessible by lift or with common stairs. The suite is ideal for two up to four people. Linens , pillowcases and towels from professional laundry service. Oltrarno is the center of Florence on the left bank of the Arno river. It is the most bohemian and artistic part of Florence, where you can breathe the atmosphere of the genuine Florence. It is ideal if you are looking for a characteristic place that is downtown but away from the tourist areas.
The neighborhood is full of important monuments: historic churches, parks and important museums, such as the Pitti gallery, the Boboli gardens and Santo Spirito Church.
The Ponte Vecchio connects this area with the other side of the city and the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo are right on the other side. The streets of the Oltrarno are filled with fashion boutiques, jewellery designers, artisanal workshops, art galleries and typical markets. In the evening the area is populated with charming restaurants, cantinas and cafés where you can relax and taste Italian and international specialties.
Located in Borgo San Jacopo 6, at the corner of the Ponte Vecchio on the Oltrarno bank. It is unique for its location and its view on the Ponte Vecchio.

Amazing Stay in Florence

The property was well-managed, cleanly, and in a perfect location close to all the main sights and tucked away enough to avoid the crowds and noise. Phenomenal!

The host was amazing and spent quality time with us at check in. The property is exactly as advertised with all amenities. The location is fabulous with a great view of the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. I would highly recommend staying in this convenient location.

We loved Cristiana's apartment in the Oltrarno. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and a baby, and the location simply can't be beat- great area, authentically Florence, away from the tourist center. Would love to stay again!

It was our first time in Italy and this was a perfect location. We enjoyed watching the people on the Ponte Vecchio and the rowers in the water. The rental worked fine for our family of 4!

Amazing location

Christiana’s apartment is lovely, exactly like the photos. Incredible location and beautiful view. I minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Right next to shops and a supermarket, very comfortable beds and sofa. Christiana always responds very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Best Location in Florence

Super location with a beautiful view of the Pointe Vecchio Bridge and short walk to city centre and all Florence attractions. Apartment was comfortable for all four of us (women) with all conveniences available. We loved listening to the musicians on the bridge from the little terrace.

This apartment is close to everything, but is quiet at night thanks to heavy duty, soundproof windows. We enjoyed listening to the music coming from Ponte Vecchio in the evenings, though!

Home away from home!

This was our first trip to Florence and Cristiana made our stay sooo welcoming. The place is perfect with a view of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio..close to dining and tourist options. Loved our stay here! Cristiana greeted us when we arrived and bid us farewell when we departed. She even ran to our bus stop on our departure when one of us forgot a cell phone on the side table. Best Location in FLORENCE

We returned to this apartment because of the memories of the comfort and magnificent views but also because there's never enough time to experience all Florence has to offer. Cristiana is so warm and helpful and the apartment is well appointed and very clean. Every need is covered and it is so relaxing to have a home to come back to at the end of a wonderful day of being able to walk anywhere in town. Hopefully this won't be the last time spent here!

Beautiful Apartment on the Arno

We booked this apartment based on location, looks and previous reviews. It did not disappoint. Cristiana was an excellent host, meeting us at the apartment and going over everything with us (including maps, directions, etc.). The apartment was so clean and well maintained and the air conditioning was a plus with temps in the high 90s! Beds were very comfortable and the view was incredible. The apartment's location is perfect - close to everything. We only used a cab once to go to Piazzale Michaelangelo. This was a 5 star rental all the way and we'll definitely rent from Cristiana again!

Dreamy Florence Apartment

You couldn't ask for a more perfect and romantic location. The apartment is in a stunning location with amazing views of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. You will love being able to watch both the sunrises over the bridge and the sunsets off to the west over the hills from your quaint balconies without having to worry about the crowds. The location is superb and in great proximity to all the great places in Florence. We especially liked that a well stocked supermarket was steps away so we could pick up meal items and wine easily. Christiana, the owner, is so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed, and answered any question we had. The apartment itself is perfect for a family, and offers everything you could need. I would highly recommend this rental as a perfect place to stay while vacationing in Florence!

We just stayed in this lovely apartment April 1st-6th. Cristina was wonderful to work with! Always very prompt in answering emails and met us a apartment to explain everything and give recommendations for Florence restaurants and things to do. Apartment was very well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was also very clean, you can tell Cristina takes pride in this apartment. Location could not be better! Great views of the Ponte Vecchio and lovely to be able to listen to the musicians that often play on the bridge at night. Grocery store just around the corner was very convenient. Great restaurants nearby and a fun wine store just down the street. Looking forward to our next visit to this amazing city and hoping to rent this same apartment again! Thanks Cristina for making this apartment feel like our Florence home!

Amazing location!

Steps away from Ponte Vecchio with small balconies right over the Arno, we very much enjoyed watching the various rowing practices, passing party boats, and amazing nightly views of Palazzo Vecchio’s tower with Ponte Vecchio in the foreground. In close proximity to Pitti Palace, Uffizi Gallery, and so much more, access to the sites was easy. We enjoyed listening to the nightly music performances on Ponte Vecchio from the comfort of the couches, and open screened door. Closing the door quieted the rooms nicely. The air conditioning helped cool us off after a warm day out. The washing machine and drying racks kept our clothes clean and dried. Though just one flight of stairs up, the elevator was very needed for my painful knees and for my mom who has difficulty taking stairs. Cristiana met us right on time at the apartment and gave recommendations for eating and groceries, and reserved a taxi for us on departure day. Communications were swiftly answered. A very enjoyable stay we (my husband and my 81 year old mom) recommend highly!

Outstanding apartment!

My friend and I just got home from our stay in this stunning apartment, and all I can do is plan for my return! As unbelievably gorgeous as the photos are, they do not do this place justice: you must see that view for yourself. I spent hours just sitting at the little living room balcony taking in that 5-star view! The beds are cozy--even if you draw the "short" straw and get the non-view bedroom you will not be disappointed--that room is quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything you might need is provided and works well: WiFi, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived, and there was even a lovely fresh flower arrangement and bottle of local wine waiting for us! Christiana could not have been more helpful and inviting. She answered all questions promptly, and came to our rescue when we realized we had brought the wrong adapter plug. Her dining and shopping recommendations are spot on---be sure to try them out. My family and I travel to Europe often and always rent apartments--this one is our very favorite. I can't wait til my next trip!

This accommodation made our trip, and is now one of our all time favorites places to stay. Cristiana was responsive and helpful prior and during our trip. Ricardo was there to promptly greet us and provide information to help orient ourselves to the apartment and surrounding area. We felt he genuinely wanted to ensure our needs were not only met, but that we had a fabulous time while in Florence. The apartment was impeccably clean. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. It was sunny and very warm while we were there, but the apartment stayed cool while we were sightseeing with the air conditioners turned off. When we returned, we turned the AC back on and we were nearly instantly back to our optimal temperature. The shower was lovely. Everything is well designed. There could not be a better location; quiet and close to all the sights. Even in the heat, with backpacks on, the walk to the train station was doable. With the windows open in the evening, you can enjoy the peaceful music from the Ponte Vecchio. We felt very safe strolling this magical area in the evenings. We cannot wait to return to Florence and hope to stay here again. Thank you for offering such a memorable time for our family. We are very grateful!
