We really loved our apartment and the communication with hosts was excellent. Grrat instructions for everything too! It is up a steep hill which was fine for us (even in 38 degrees!!) Our only negative was noise from other apartments lots of scraping of chairs and noise very early in the morning. Would however recommend and come back again.

The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was beautiful, and it smelled divine. The view was excellent. I found myself just gazing out the windows. Every window had a different amazing view. The location was good but there is a very steep climb to get there. I wouldn't recommend this location to those with mobility issues. But if you are able to walk up the steep cobblestone path to get there, it's worth the hike.

The housekeeping is excellent because the floor was very clean (usually hotel floors are not clean). The location is also good, but be warned that it is on a steep hill and the cobbled street is difficult to navigate with luggage (the taxi driver did not want to driver down the street). The room I had on the ground floor was dark and slightly damp. The main issue at the hotel is that there is no one on-site to help with questions, and using WhatsApp only works during office hours. The staff on WhatsApp also seem slightly unprofessional when answering questions.

Perfectly located to all sights, restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Wonderful, thoughtful amenities presented with a decorative flair. I will definitely be staying in this lovely hotel on any return trip to Florence. The only issue was the check-in. I was told that they did not have my reservation several times to finally only receiving a call back stating that they found my reservation. They kindly rectified their error by offering me a free laundry service. They were very effusive in their apology regarding their oversight. Despite this, the hotel is really lovely and a perfect place to stay for exploring Florence. My only recommendation would be is to verify your reservation 1 day before arrival.

Hotel is nice, clean and in very good location. Just one thing you have to consider, hotel is located on the hill. It was hard for us for get there during our stay...I would advise you to check street view in Google map for this hotel.

Perfectly classy!

The property was beautiful. The communication was perfect. The property location was close to everything walkable to everything. The amenities such as shampoos conditioners, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water, umbrellas, were all provided! The only negative for my husband and I would have to say that the bed was way too hard for us, but we remedied the situation by sleeping in the sleeper sofa, which was very comfortable! when we return, we will definitely stay at this property again! Great communication great location and so wonderful!

Loved staying here! Incredible views and high end interior design. The only thing that you might need to consider is that mosquitoes are prevalent in this area and like most places in Italy screens are not used. When it is wet and warm, use the AC to avoid them coming in through the open windows

The room was comfortable and clean. Host was communicative and friendly. Don’t try to park on that street, it’s incredibly narrow and difficult to navigate at the bottom of the hill.
