The staff is unresponsive to say the least. I arrived at this property at around 8pm only to find that check in had closed and the property manager had not sent the access codes for self check in. After waiting an hour in the cold night, the host had yet to respond, and it took the intervention of Expedia to get the access codes. The property also incorrectly lists the beds as "2 single beds or 1 king" when in fact the bed is smaller than a queen.

Great location, Maria was awesome and the place is super clean. You are given a fridge full of refreshments and a nice moderately soft bed and pillow, which i prefer.

No Elevator

The only negative about this facility was the lack of an elevator. Our room was comfortable, had nice amenities, and was very comfortable. Fortunately, we had help getting our luggage to the room from the very kind desk attendant. When we booked the room, there was no mention of the lack of an elevator.

Super close to the train station! So much shopping and food options close to it, important sites are walking distance and Maria was very communicative, accommodating and sweet! Had a wonderful experience staying here, would go back and stay here again! They had everything you need in the room ❤️

Simple walk from the train station, easy to find. Upon arrival we received a pleasant and helpful greeting from Maria. Room was nice and clean and quiet with plenty of space. Close to market and good restaurants.

Late checkin was straight forward. The room was clean and well stocked. The shower is a little tight so bumped the controls often. Loved the proximity to everything Florence. It's on a busy street which had its perks such ask access to food etc ... easily. Would stay again.

The property is a cool little place right in the heart of town. Walking distance to pretty much everything, but beware it’s in a no drive area so parking is tricky, though there is a garage some distance away. The hotel manager was a God send. We got a stomach bug and ended our last day in bed. She was gracious & kind & made sure we had everything we needed.

I arrived to the rooms and first they told me that my room in the first floor and then i found that it was in the second floor and we are family having 2 bags and baby chair so it’s difficult to get to your room without lift and the stairs is very small. The parking they put is 30€ and it is public parking and nearest the rooms but actually it’s not. The park is under the train station and it’s about 10 minutes walking and if you arrive at night the place is not safe for walking. I put my car from 7 p.m till 10 a.m and they charged me 57€ for this stay and it was terrible!!!!
