One of Folly's Best, back by popular demand, Folly Beach Stay! Coastal living is at its best in this ocean-view house directly across the street from the beach. Marina and coastal waterway views can be enjoyed from the back deck, newly renovated screened-in porch, and primary suite overlooking the marsh. This home is beautifully decorated with modern luxury throughout. This home has an open living room as well as a newly renovated kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings. Take advantage of the modern appliances and large kitchen island to cook your favorite meal. The primary suite has a king-size bed, en suite bath with a soaking tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and full bath. The third bedroom has two twin murphy beds that will sleep up to two people. Experience all the nautical charm this one-level, elevated house has to offer. At Folly Beach Stay you are just a few steps away from putting your toes in the water and playing in the sand. This property does offer local television channels and streaming abilities so bring your log-ins!
Walk to Sunset Cay Marina to view the breathtaking sunsets while dolphins play. Enjoy boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking with close proximity to the marina. Perfect Location and Great House
We LOVED this house. It was perfect for our family of 4. The house is located conveniently across the street from the beach public access and just a short less than a mile drive to the shops and restaurants.
There are ocean views in the front and grasslands behind (we actually saw a deer one morning).
We have stayed at other rentals where the pictures looked a lot nicer than what we saw in person but this house was better in person than the pictures. We will definitely go back.

Cute beach house
We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is very close to the beach, which was great. It was well-furnished, and fit our family well. We had an issue with the living room ceiling fan not working, and they were prompt about sending maintenance out to take a look. Very well run and maintained property.
