The property backs up to Folly Beach City Park which has tennis courts, pickleball, and basketball courts. Next to the city park is The Bark Park, a local dog park!

This renovated apartment is the perfect spot to spend your trip to Folly Beach. It is suited for up to 6 guests. It includes 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The floor-plan layout is open and the living space and kitchen flow together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including stainless steel appliances. There is also a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and closets with plenty of storage.

We had a great time at The Boroughs apartment. The check in/out process was super easy and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures! Location to the beach was fantastic! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Perfect Stay!

Looks exactly as listed, very clean and comfortable for our family and our maltipoo, lots of perks, close to downtown eateries, bars and shopping plus it's 2 blocks from the beach. Would definitely stay there again! Was just perfect for us.

Great location!

We had a great time! We were two blocks from the beach, an easy walk to the playground and the house was well equipped with everything we needed for a quick beach trip for our family! Host was very responsive and they provided great local recommendations!

Great little house!

We stayed just for a night but the house is SO cute. It was clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing and super comfortable. Also the house is stocked so well. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property couldn’t have been in a better option or location for our family vacation. Only 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to dining and shopping. When we arrived it was awesome to walk into the property not only being clean but smelling fresh and clean. The A/C was also a nice touch walking into from being hot outside. The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed hanging in the living room when not at the beach. The area is quiet and safe. An extra bonus was allowing our fur babies (2 dogs) to join with us. The yard was perfect and again a short walk to the beach and dog park nearby when they needed to get their energy out. We look forward to staying again soon and highly recommend!
