Folly Vacation 204 Getaway, Relax & Unwind

Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

Relax and unwind in this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath classic Folly Beach cottage, with a fully enclosed private hot-cold outdoor rain shower off of the half bath. Respectfully renovated to maintain its historic integrity, you'll appreciate the mix of old and new. From the smooth stained concrete floor that cools your bare feet to the beautifully reclaimed wood ceiling, this one of a kind cottage promises a memorable retreat. The cozy living area is perfect to relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV, furnishings include an L-shaped leather sofa that opens out into queen size bed. The modernized kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a super comfy king size bed, custom wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The full size bathroom has large walk-in shower with seamless glass door and rain shower head.

Outside, relax with utmost privacy in the lush landscape that offers ample space to grill and dine around the courtyard patio. This yard is highlighted with many ancient live oaks that dot the large, fenced lot, where soft grass invites all to romp and play—including pets. There's also a private outdoor rain shower and laundry room with half-bath to make cleanup a breeze. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Parking included for up to four vehicles in the private circular driveway. This home is 900 Sq. Ft.

I enjoyed the place, very cute. Sadly I didn’t receive an email with the door. Code, after a long phone call I. Did mange to receive it. The place was very comfortable.You could have blankets available for colder nights, would be a nice touch. Those of you who haven’t been to Folly it’s a perfect location, close to Center St. which is the Main Street, a very short walk to the beach. The place has a great yard with a lovely patio.

This was our second stay with these hosts, and once again, we weren't disappointed! The beautifully renovated house was spotless, perfectly suited for our family at Folly Beach, with a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, indoor/outdoor showers, and a fully fenced backyard ideal for our dog and relaxing outdoors. Its excellent location offered an easy walk to the beach and restaurants—we'll definitely be back!

Coastal perfection!!!

My husband and I have been to Folly many times:) We came to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary! This coastal Spanish exterior style home was perfection! Absolutely loved its charm, inside and out! Location was fantastic we walked to all eating and local shops. The circular drive, outdoor sitting area and outdoor heated shower were awesome extras! The house was nice and cozy and yard was clean. Loved the parking for the property and thought the distance from the beach was fine (close enough to walk since public parking is pretty crazy). The house was pretty simple and small, but the feel was very cozy and the AC/fans they have going for airflow kept the temperature perfect. Great little kitchen and washer/dryer setup. The house will definitely be at the top of my list to rent again next time we come to Folly Beach.

This was the perfect spot for a family beach vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and to all the shops and restaurants. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great house - Pricey for Pets

Great house, awesome location, very clean - love the back yard. Very nice rental staff -Small caution - says pet friendly everywhere but has a very high fee per dog once you read way down in the listing. We would totally stay again but would likely leave the pets at home of find a more pet friendly option.

A Wonderful Place To Stay!

A beautiful property! It was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and extremely well maintained. Very quiet location. The back yard is well kept and perfect for our 4 legged babies. We had absolutely no worries when we let them loose. Extremely happy we stayed in this home!

I loved this little cottage

I loved this little cottage at the beach. It is in a great location on a beautiful landscaped shaded fenced yard. I also loved the outdoor shower and used it everyday. One of my favorite houses in Folly Beach. Would love to own this house myself.

Wonderful , well appointed property. The house was close to beach and town and had everything we needed. Very clean, great outdoor shower. The only negative were the mosquitos. We could not enjoy the patio or fenced backyard with our dogs, it was really bad, even with repellant. Might be seasonal, idk
But other than that, a great place to spend a,few days !

This spot was perfect for us, we had bikes and got around so easily. The house was perfect distance from the beach and we loved the outside terrace and huge yard. Cooking I is really important to us and the kitchen was so well stocked!

Wonderful vacation!

We definitely recommend this house and renting from this company. The house was well equipped and very clean. Our small dog loved the fenced backyard. Just a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. We will rent again!
