3BR w/Ocean Views and bonus space on the West End~Ollie's Folly

One of Folly's Best! Ollie's Folly is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath elevated home on the west end of Folly Beach. This home has a brand-new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and updated bedrooms, ready for the summer season. Spoil yourself by staying right across the street from the beach with amazing ocean views from the upstairs living area and large second-floor balcony. Let the charm of this home melt all your worries away! Spend your day on the beach with public beach access only steps away. Or just a little further down is Folly Beach County Park where during peak season, it is patrolled by lifeguards and offers a snack bar, public restrooms, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. Wave Watch Playground is just under a mile in the opposite direction and is a great place for the little ones to play.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms outfitted with queen beds. There is an additional guest space with a king bed that has access to a small balcony. There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room downstairs. There is a large first-floor balcony with rocking chairs. As soon as you walk upstairs the second floor opens to an inviting living area, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs, there is an additional guest space with a king bed and a third full bathroom. Wake to the sunrise and start your day with breakfast in the comfortable outdoor dining area. Wind down with a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and finish off your evening by playing a board game with the family or reading a book while catching a picturesque sunset from one of the two balconies that overlook the marina.

Ollie's Folly has off-street driveway parking, an outdoor shower and includes WIFI. Up to 3 well behaved house-broken and flea treated dogs under 100 pounds combined are welcome. Birthday celebration with family

It was a dream come true vacation for our family! The house was amazing with lots of room and beautiful views. We had everything thing we needed and more. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Greg was easy to get a hold of & quick to respond to any questions. The only downside was the noise from a generator on the beach. Besides that, we can’t wait to go back!

Family of 6 enjoys graduation week!

What a beautiful home! We loved having 5 bedrooms so each of our adult children could have their own bedroom. The location can’t be beat! The beach is right across the street and was super easy to make trips to the beach or back to the house if needed. We enjoyed games and meals around the big table and spent time on the many outdoor decks. Just a short trip in to town to have some dinner and browse the stores. Super close to downtown Charleston so we could go back and forth to events with ease.

Perfect place for a getaway

There was enough space for everyone and the multiple balconies just added to the experience. There was an outdoor shower for cleaning up after the beach which was very helpful. Overall, everyone loved the place and no complaints!

Great Stay

Great House easily fit all 9 adults and 3 infants. So close to public access! Owner leaves a key for chairs and tents etc so no need to bring everything. The rental company is not aware when you ask them. Overall so happy with our stay!

Conversations for years to come

We had the BEST time at Ollie's Folly. We booked to have the best wedding weekend ever and nothing disappointed. Location was great, rooms were perfect and felt like home, the indoor gym (3 flights of stairs) was just what we needed for all the food we had. Luckily, a couple cancelled so this was perfect for 10 adults. A future anniversary will be booked at Ollie's Folly without a doubt! Thank you for a spectacular wedding weekend.

Annual family getaway

All aspects of the rental went smoothly. The house was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping in Folly beach. Only a 20-25 minute drive into Charleston. Lots to do for all the family.

Fun place!

Location was great! Easy access at arrival. Communication with the owner was good and we loved Folly Beach! We had 12 people and it DOES sleep 12. Just know that the 6th bed is a pull out sofa and there are no curtains for those that sleep there. It is very bright in the morning for those sleeping there. That stated, the sunlight is also one of the great things about this place! Very airy and calming. AC works great and each floor has their own AC unit. Shower pressure was great too! Loved the outdoor shower too. We would rent here again if we came back!

Loved our stay!

Ollie's Folly exceeded my expectations! It was perfect for my family which included ages 20 to 82. Fully equipped kitchen, fantastic porches, views of the ocean, only steps from the beach across the street. Views of the marsh and outstanding sunsets. Everyone could sit comfortably in the family room. I would love to stay there again! It was a lovely vacation!
