One of Folly's Best! Newly purchased and updated this property has undergone a beach makeover! This beautiful and spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths across the street from the beach. You are welcomed by a huge front porch with a row of relaxing rocking chairs facing the Atlantic. The bright and inviting living room has a Smart TV. This room flows to the dining area and the kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and extra seating and prep area at the kitchen island. The entire home has been recently painted and appointed with stylish coastal decor and modern furniture. Continue your relaxing vacation on the screened in balcony with plush seating and alfresco dining area accessed via the dining room French doors. All four bedrooms are fitted with king size beds. There are two master suites. The first is located downstairs with an en suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi style tub. The second is located upstairs with an en suite bathroom as well. Upstairs you will find a lounge area complete with a comfortable sitting area and TV. This is the perfect gathering spot to chat about your day or to play a fun family game. Enjoy grilling out on the propane grill, and rinsing off from your beach day in the outdoor shower. Grill use: propane and cleaning responsibility of the guest. The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. Martiniville allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach or just a little down the street to Watch Wave park. 8 blocks from Center Street and plenty of great local eateries, Martiniville is located on the quiet West end of the island.This property is licensed by city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC026432 Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

The property was not as clean as it shiuld have been. There was splatters of food on walls and sticky stuff on appliances. The shower in the primary bathroom stopped working after one shower. When we called the property we were treated like we were annoying them. we opted not to have them out as we could not be given a time and had a dinner to get to. There were no basic ammenties like coffee, salt/pepper which i have always seen in rentals. The location of the property is amazing. we cleaned before leaving and would not chose to stay here again.

My first disappointment was a charge of 114 to check in 2 hours early. I have rented homes in Folly for years and have never been charged a fee for an early check in. Enjoyed the house, but needed beach towels and beach chairs. Also found the pains in the cupboard dirty and needed cleaning before using. Not good.

The house was the perfect size for 8 people and the location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of Center Street, but close enough to get anywhere within about 30 minutes. The beach access across the street is wonderful. Being a mile from the pier, the beach was not crowded and only steps from the house. I would highly recommend this home to other vacationers.

Martiniville what is a beautifully well-kept home rental. House was very clean at all. The amenities that someone would need for a weeklong trip. Location was beautiful and it was right across from the beach would highly recommend this property for anybody looking for a rental in Folly Beach.

Wonderful vacation!

Martiniville worked great for our family of 10, including kids and grandkids! The screened porch in the back was perfect for early mornings and dinners. The rockers in front were perfect for the baby. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier. We will be back!

Family vacation

This was a very nice home located a block from beach. Plenty of room for our party of 10 to hang out and have space. The screened in porch was nice for an evening of cards after the kids went to bed. The amenities are minimal including not enough toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags and dish soap, which we thought would be plentiful for a party of 10 for a week. Overall we were very satisfied! The fact we had a couple cockroaches show up was a little alarming, but the day the second one showed up, the pest control company showed up as well on a random check and sprayed, this seemed to keep them at bay. Location was great to visit downtown Folly Beach, and take in all this city had to offer.

Perfect!

We were in the area for a Celebration of Life and Memorial and the house was just perfect. We all had our own space and privacy but could come together easily for meals and to hang out in the common areas. Being so close to the beach was so nice. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We will be back.

Great stay for families

We loved our time at Martiniville. Was the perfect stay for our two families to get together. Kids ages 1-6. Enough space for every one with easy access to the beach. Kids and adults enjoyed the screened patio during afternoon showers. Will stay again.

Weekend Recharge

One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Very convenient to the beach and far enough away from the crowds. The place is spacious, plenty of parking, and easy to enjoy. Wish we had booked one more night!

Beautiful, clean house

There were no hiccups. The house was immaculate. We were somewhat apprehensive about renting a house that was pet friendly because of allergies, but we had no difficulties. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking and had plenty of dishes to serve a group. The only surprise was the high tide one night of our stay came all the way up under the house due to a full moon. It wasn't deep, but the street in front of the house was at least a foot under water!

Folly at its Best!!

Look no further, this is the property you need to book. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach! It is also close to town without being in the middle of the heavy crowds/traffic. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Great house in a great location!

House was really well kept and only a block away from the beach with a beach access right across the street. House was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. Extremely helpful arranging pick up of an item we left too!
