Steps Away from Public Tennis & Basketball Courts.. Foosball Table. 50 Inch Smart TV with Comcast Cable and WiFi. Smart TV's in All Bedrooms with Cable. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Commercial Grade Appliances.

Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties:) Maximum capacity at all times is 8 guests. We allow up to 1 pet with an additional $25 pet fee per day.
This home is located directly across from our public works department. These gentleman do an excellent job of maintaining our island. They do start early in the morning and you may hear them outside. There are noise machines located in each room, to help our lighter sleepers. This beautiful and inviting home has everything you need for the perfect Folly Beach vacation. Owners left no detail undone. Once you park your cars, you will not need them again to access the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and Bert's market. Located across the street from the community tennis courts, basketball courts and pirate playground...perfect location for families of all ages. The home is also equipped with a foosball table in the outdoor cabana and Tiki Toss hook and ring game on the screened porch. Plenty of room for guests to spread out and enjoy some private/quiet time or gather together and play games! Smart TV"s in all bedrooms along with cable hook up. Commercial quality modern kitchen with every essential needed to whip up a gourmet meal...just bring the ingredients. Stop by Crosby's ( our local seafood provider) and pick up some fresh fish, shrimp and crabs. Crab pot provided. Outdoor gas grill. Heading out for a special evening? There are 2 lighted makeup mirrors and 2 hair dryers. On vacation but still need to accomplish a few work tasks? There's a designated work space in master bedroom complete with a monitor. This is a luxury home and one you will want to return to time and time again!

Great place. Kitchen was great. The only suggestion I have is may want to check on the overhead lights in the kitchen.. they kept flickering may be an electrical issue. We had a great week.

Great Family Stay

The house was great for our family! It was a 4 minute walk to the beach and the bikes were great for my teens who wanted to go into town often. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the decor of the house was homey and inviting. We took our family dog and it was wonderful to have a fenced in front and back yard. The only suggestion I’d give-exchange a queen for a king bed in one of the rooms. Overall, 5 star review.

What a great house!!

We had a great stay! On the first night we had an issue with the hot water but the communication was great with property management. The kitchen was top notch!! Location was awesome! You can hear the waves as soon as you step outside! Definitely recommend booking this beach house!

Great getaway

Follitude was perfect for our family of four. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and to anything else off Center St. The kitchen is so great to cook in and the bedrooms were so comfortable! Definitely will be booking again!

The house was clean and homey, the kitchen was amazing and well equipped, beds were comfy and the house was just a short walk to the beach. There was everything available for fun at the beach, bikes, boogie boards, surf boards etc. had a lovely stay.

An absolutely PERFECT week!

We can’t describe how perfect this house was for our family! Every detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable and the location was great! Some cute surprises too- after dark check out the little glow in the dark pebbles in the backyard path 😌. We loved being able to use your beach equipment, playing darts and our teens on the porch at night and sitting on the front porch in the morning. Thank you for a memorable and amazing week!

Great Home

This cottage was perfect for my adult son, me, and his dog for 3 nights. It is in a great location, quick walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to town, and a dog park across the street. The house was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet (we didn't hear the city trucks from across the street) and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We did a last minute long weekend trip and had a lovely time. The house is clean and perfectly stocked. We had planned to go out for dinner every night, but after seeing the kitchen we opted to stay in and cook. The front porch was so nice for relaxing during the day. Some people noted the public works across the street. We’re all light sleepers and it didn’t bother us. We didn’t hear much inside the house even though trucks were coming and going during our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return again soon!

Outstanding time at Folly Beach

My family of 6 just got back from FB and had an outstanding trip. And a big reason for it was this VRBO rental. It was really cool with a great kitchen, a step down living room, and very nice front and back (the back is screened in) porches. The house was clean and it was only a 5 minute or so walk to one of the beach access walk thru's. The only negative (and I was aware prior to the booking) is the FB municipal dept is right across the street. But so are a dog park, tennis courts and pickel ball courts. This didn't bother us at all. I'd highly recommend this rental to anyone and we will stay here again in the future.
