The Space:

JUST CHILLIN is a newly updated, classic, dog-friendly Folly Beach house. The location at 1205 East Arctic Avenue is premium, with the house situated in a cul-de-sac, keeping traffic to a minimum. You will enjoy one of the more secluded areas of beach on the island. There is plenty of space indoors and out for rest and relaxation. Inside, the home has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two sleeper sofas. It sleeps 10 people. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas have views of the Atlantic Ocean. Watch movies as the sun goes down on the huge flat-screen TV in the main living area. The home was recently renovated with new furnishings, mattresses, and flat-screen TVs in all the rooms.



If people need a break from the sun, head to the ground level to shoot pool, play cards, or relax in the sitting area while catching your favorite show. (Keep in mind that the ground level is not designed as a sleeping area and has exposed ductwork and pipes.)



The outdoor living area for the home is HUGE. With an oversized deck upstairs and another sundeck on the ground level, this home has one of the largest outdoor deck spaces available on Folly Beach. Guests relax in the sun while hearing waves crash into the shore and the wind blows through the palm trees. Truly, this is a slice of paradise! Under the house, you'll find a gas grill, seating area, and cornhole game. Use the outdoor shower at mid-deck level to clean off all of that wonderful Folly Beach sand. The home has private parking with room for four cars if standard size or for two larger vehicles. Make this spot your next vacation destination and enjoy your stay.

Excellent Folly Beach rental

We really enjoyed our stay at Just Beachy! The home is in a great location and is well supplied with everything you will need. We felt the house matched the description perfectly and was clean for us to arrive. The property manager did a great job in making sure our stay met expectations. We would definitely stay at Just Beachy again.

We had a wonderful week at this property with our family. Was more spacious than anticipated. Loved the porch and how close it was to the beach. Was pretty clean. Overall truly enjoyed the space and location.

Incredible Vacation House

We loved this house. Perfect spot with great decks and everyone had a great time. The house has a ton of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. We slept great and found the home clean and well maintained. The management company was helpful. Would recommend highly to anyone who wants to enjoy Folly Beach.

Great vacation spot

We all appreciated our stay in your home this past fall. The location is awesome and we liked being able to have an area that was not crowded on the beach every day. Rooms are comfortable as are the beds. Everything worked well and the home was cleaned and ready upon our arrival. Service with the management company was great. Recommend highly.

Oceanfront beach getaway

We fell in love with this house after our stay and have very fond memories. It is the perfect mix of old classic beach house with updated amenities. Our kids enjoyed the gaming area downstairs and we had loads of space upstairs to hang out and visit with great views of the ocean the whole time. Very pleased and recommend highly!! Beach Paradise

Beach paradise for us on our last vacation. Thanks for letting us stay in the home. We went to a few of the local restaurants and in to downtown charleston and had a very nice stay. Things were tidy and well kept in and around the house. Recommend to anyone that enjoys the beach. Loved being close enough to hear the waves at night.
