Perfect beach house for larger groups, love that all bedrooms have a private bath and another in common area. Porches and rooftop deck provide amazing views, and close to the town center. This was the perfect beach house for our family! My husband and I were celebrating my retirement with our children and grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect, with large bedrooms that each had private full baths. The outdoor deck spaces were incredible, and the beach access was literally right outside our door! Perfect Yoga Retreat

I’ve rented many houses on Folly for my yoga retreats and this was by far my favorite. The location is perfect, we surfed everyday right front our beach, it is close to the downtown area and quiet. We can’t wait to return again.

Fantastic house, steps away and you are on the beach. 3 blocks from the center of Folly Beach. The decks have a fantastic view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and nice. Kitchen was awesome. 2 refridgerators, super ice maker, all the cookware you need, clean and fresh. We are booked again for next August. Can not wait to get back to this house and Folly Beach August 2026.
