This quiet Pompano Beach pool home was set up for easy family beach weeks: a heated pool behind a full privacy fence, the sand 8 minutes away, and the beach gear already packed.

One thing to know before you book: pool heating is optional and not included in the nightly rate. $30 the first day and $20 each day after heats the pool to 85 degrees.

THE BACKYARD
Behind the full privacy fence, the pool is ringed by loungers and tropical planters. A covered patio holds deep cushioned seating for the hottest hours, the outdoor dining set seats the whole crew, and the propane grill stands ready for burger night. Sliding glass doors connect the kitchen to the pool deck, so snack runs stay short.

THE LIVING ROOM
A bright open room where the 75 inch smart TV takes your own logins and board games wait on the coffee table. The full size sofa bed with a real gel mattress sleeps guests seven and eight.

THE KITCHEN
Granite counters, stainless appliances, and the things rentals never have: a real knife block, a cutting board, pots and pans with lids, a coffee station with drip and Cuban-style options, teas, and basic condiments so your first grocery run can wait. The dishwasher handles cleanup.

THE BEDROOMS
The king bedroom has plush bedding, blackout curtains, and its own smart TV. The queen bedroom sits at the quiet back of the house. Bedroom three pairs a twin bed with a convertible bean bag mattress the little ones will fight over. Every bed is made with fresh hotel-grade linens before you arrive. Sleeps 8 in all.

THE BATHROOMS
Two full baths keep the morning line moving: a tub and shower combo that handles bath time for the littles, and a second bath with marble walls and a walk-in shower.

LAUNDRY
A full-size stacked washer and dryer with detergent pods included. Pack half the clothes and fly home with zero vacation laundry.

MADE FOR FAMILIES
A high chair, pack n play, and stroller are already here, so you skip the rental fees and the airport gear haul. For beach days, chairs, a big umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels are included and waiting in the shed.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a quiet residential pocket of Pompano Beach, and guests regularly tell us how peaceful the street feels. Pompano Beach Community Park is right around the corner with pickleball courts, playgrounds, and green space for morning walks, plus lighted clay tennis courts and the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center with its Olympic size pool. The city owned Pompano Beach Golf Course is minutes away, Whole Foods and everyday groceries are a short drive, and a movie theater nearby covers rainy afternoons. At the water, the Fisher Family Pier at sunset ends up in everyone's camera roll, and fishing charters run out of Hillsboro Inlet.

GETTING AROUND
A car makes Pompano easy: the beach is an 8 minute drive and the driveway parks 4 cars. At the beach district, the free Circuit shuttle covers A1A north and south (download the Ride Circuit app or wave one down), Uber and Lyft arrive quickly, and Broward County Transit buses cover the wider area.

GOOD TO KNOW

Quiet hours run 10 pm to 8 am, the lead guest must be 30 or older and present at check-in, every guest signs a quick electronic pool waiver, and this is a no smoking, no party, no pets home.
