Big pro - rooms include TVs with a Roku, so you're not dependent on flipping through cable channels. Big con - the mattresses were quite bad/used up, at least in the two rooms we stayed in, which made sleep subpar (average sleep score dropped to around 70 over three nights from an at-home average of around 85, most things held constant). We were relocated from our first room to a second room in search of a better mattress (thank you to the staff for being accommodating), but both rooms were in need of updated mattresses.

The restaurant is closed even though everything on line says it’s open. They do not clean the rooms daily. When we arrived there were only two tissues left and no shampoo or conditioner. They only give you one towel and they act very put out when you ask for extras. In fact I was told to get the other things refilled we’d have to pay a cleaning fee. The room was very clean and comfortable and the coffee shop is absolutely delicious!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Gave good recommendations for site seeing and transportation to our planned event. Very accommodating. Would like to see fresh towels delivered, but did provide when requested so not a deal breaker. Would stay again.

The pool area was satisfactory. Not as nice as the pictures, neither was the rooftop bar. It is not open during the day or evening during the week. Only open Friday and Saturday nights. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Any questions or requests were handled quickly. The location is central to the historic area and the beach. There is also a grocery store right next door.

Beautiful rooms, bathroom is nice, quiet. Pool does need maintenance and the bar outside is ok. No real room service. Getting in and checking out is easy. The location is nice too, it’s downtown and view is beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, close to Hollywood beach. The only negative was the valet service was very slow. Over a half hour to get our car. The valet never looked at his App for our car request until we came down to get it.
