The place needs to be better maintained

The electronic kiosk was okay but not as personal as a real (in the flesh) person. The hallways, elevator floors, walls and carpets were dirty. There were many wall patches that were not finished. The toilet paper holder in our room was broken and fell when I tried to use it. The sofa in the bedroom was too old and "put back together' somehow. The place needs to be better maintained. This only part we enjoyed as the bedding which was very comfortable and clean.

Hotel of terrors

First room was dirty and smelt awful, you couldn’t talk to a person there, it was all over a computer screen. He was nice and changed our room, the second room wasn’t much better, awful mildew smell. But they wouldn’t refund us so we had to stick it out. Seen roaches in hallways.

No Exaggeration..Worst Stay Ever!!

Your hotel is outdated and needs to be condemned. The carpet is dirty and probably been there since inception. No one was in the pool because it was dirty and I was there for 3 days. No physical person onsite until Saturday. Check in via kiosk no privacy. It took forever and we all complained. Bathroom was disgusting. Tub needs replacing and it looks like mold iaround the top of the door. Wires exposed near the air conditioner. I booked via third party and can’t get a refund if I cancel. Thank God we were barely there each of our 3 days. Close this place immediately.

The area is safe, quite and convenient for getting to where I needed to go. However, the upkeep of the hotel has diminished, smelled moldy, carpet stained, blanket on bed stained and worn out. I use to love this LaQuinta for its cleanliness and quality of the rooms but the standard has dropped. Also if your going be advised that there is a refundable $100 deposit required.

I stayed in #305. The sofa was saggy and the upholstery was ripped open. I could not use it. The headboard, was dirty and falling apart. The carpet had seen better days. There was a big stain in the bathtub. The hallways showed wear and tear.

Room totally dirty, no sheets to use on sofa bed, no water on toilet. Also dirty toilet on the lobby. I usually book La Quinta, but it was my las time. Awful!

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed at, and I frequent cheap hotels. I'm cheap and not picky, my motto is usually as long as it's clean I don't care what it looks like, but honestly this place is gross!!!! The sofa was stained, the carpet was stained, there was evidence of bugs, the desk chair was stained, the mattress was stained and the mattress on the sleeper sofa was old, thin and stained. The microwave was disgustingly dirty, the fridge and all the furnishings looked like they came from off the side of the road. The hallways and elevators were DIRTY. The pool was shut down by the health department. They literally don't put blankets on the bed, just sheets! The sheets were about the only thing clean. Speaking of sheets.... it took them an hour after checking in late to bring bedding for the sofa bed (there was none in the room) and a blanket for my bed. I had to go down to the lobby and ask the virtual check in attendant to please bring bedding so my kids could go to sleep. If it wasn't for there being absolutely nothing else in the area we could afford, and it being late, I would have never stayed here, but we had to rough it and the only saving grace was that the sheets were clean. I told my kids not to touch anything. DO NOT STAY HERE. Honestly Expedia should be ashamed of having this hotel on their website. Waste of money.

No. Just Don't.

We checked in Thursday morning with another couple. By Friday afternoon, we were in a different room and they were in a different hotel. Nobody actually works at the front desk; check-ins, checkouts, and room issues are handled at a screen on a kiosk. You would think that the money they're saving there would be reinvested elsewhere in the hotel, but that's clearly not the case. From the time you pull up to the hotel, everything looks old and is in a state of disrepair. The sign on the building's exterior is partly burned out, as are most of the staff we encountered. The elevator creaks and groans threateningly, the carpets are covered in debris that remains even after being vacuumed, and the fridge produces a high-pitched whine that forces you to choose between preserving one's food or one's sanity. The breakfast offerings were meager, with reminders posted not to eat it in your room, the WiFi was overwhelmed, every hallway reeked of weed (and you will too) our remote control was broken, our room had no toilet paper dispenser, just the bracket where it once attached, and we were moved into a new room when it became clear that our water temperature would never rise above tepid. We were the lucky ones, the other couple canceled their reservation and checked out after finding COCKROACHES in their room. If you're reading this and still want to try your luck, I promise that you'll get what you pay for. No matter how low the price is here, pay the extra and stay somewhere else.
