First off the host told us las olas was 15-20min away, with zero traffic & getting every light you’d get there in 25min , during a “ regular “ trip during the day it was 37min, we were in town for a festival and wanted to take a short uber . Upon check in the house reeked of cigarette & pot smoke , which my wife is allergic to , when I notified the host he made no effort to reconcile this situation , we had to purchase fabreeze & 3 candles to light hoping to mask the smell , ( the host acknowledge the previous guests were smokers & were penalized . ) the bathroom drawers and kitchen fridge was still dirty ( pics sent to host , again he apologized and made no effort to reconcile, and lastly there is zero water pressure ! If you’re showering &my wife uses sink or flushes toilet the water nearly stops ! I will not be using this host ever ever again , totally disappointed with Verbo .

Excellent location close to everything and extremely dog friendly rental. Clean and neat unit.I don’t have any real complaints. I wish the coffee pot worked and a small trash bin and small bath mat would be my suggestion.

Great Pet Friendly Location in Pompano Beach

I live here in Pompano Beach and had to have my house tented for termites, and needed a place to stay during that time with my dog and cats. This place was perfect for that. The neighborhood was quiet, the place was clean and comfortable.If you are not from here and are coming for a beach vacation, this place was perfect. It is a block away from a grocery store and there are restaurants and a microbrewery also within walking distance. The Circuit also picks up there so you can get a golf-cart ride to the beach if you didn't want to do the walk (which is a totally doable walk BTW).

We stayed for two nights. The location was convenient—just a 2-minute walk to Publix and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. The beds were made and the place was mostly clean, which we appreciated.However, the experience still fell short of expectations. The exterior of the condo did not reflect the well-kept appearance shown in the listing photos, and dog waste was present outside the front door throughout our stay. Inside, there was a splattered moth on the wall that had clearly been left behind, and the unit had a strong cigarette smell that made the space unpleasant until we purchased candles to help mask it.The bathroom had several issues: the door didn’t close fully and was very wobbly, there were no hand towels, and the open-style shower offered little privacy. The bathroom window also lacked a curtain, and I frequently saw the silhouette of a lizard on the glass—which made showering stressful due to my fear of lizards.Communication with the contact person was slower than expected, and no checkout instructions were provided, so we just followed what we usually do in other rentals.I understand the hosts are new to renting, and I think with more attention to detail—especially cleanliness, maintenance, and communication—this could become a much better experience for future guests.

Comfortable and Convenient

This residence was great value for the price. Nice layout, kitchen well equipped and bedrooms spacious. We loved the convenience of the area— nice local restaurants, great Publix and walk to beach. We would highly recommend!
