Nice location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Enjoyed watching the fish/dolphins in the water and the wildlife. Tiki hut was inviting but couldn’t sit under it if it rained, it leaked and the cushions got all wet. Several issues though: Issues with pool: skimmer and heating system were not working and were never fixed. Ice maker and water on door of fridge not wkg. Main sewer line backed up both toilets, shower and tub, and no we didn’t put anything but toilet paper in it. Sink in MBR backed up every day. Stove top control knob lettering missing. Steps leading to dock are uneven and a hazard and no railings. Several deck & pool chairs were old and dry rotted and ripped when sat on. Large screw sticking out of dock concrete is a tripping hazard. Some of wall dĂ©cor is inappropriate for children, the floors were not clean, we cleaned them as best week could, lots of dust under the beds. I had to buy flatware to have enough forks and knives. We had to walk thru 4th bedroom to get to pool. House address number on front lawn is broken. No instructions for trash and recycling pickup.In summary, with all the issues we do not feel it was worth what we paid for it, it should have been pristine, and it wasn’t.

Very attentive host and willing to help on every aspect of our arruval and stay. The house is really prepared for entertaining and has all kinds of cookware if you are into cooking! Everything was really clean and there were plenty of towels and household cleaning and the pantry was well stocked with dry food ( spices, sugar, coffee, etc). I have been in other short term rentals and some of them can feel very “ stingy” with the host only leaving 2 pods for the dishwasher or even not enough toilet paper! It was not the case here; all was very generously y stocked ( including the number of towels). The barbecue was not cleaned when we arrived, and we mentioned this to the hostess who sent a brand new barbecue 2 days later!! The front water entertaining area is really a dream, with several areas to sit and relax! Only two points to mention, the surround system during our stay was working inside the house what not outside and the house is listed as a 4 bedroom home, but in reality one of the “ rooms” is the den at the very entrance just separated from the rest of the house by a panel, not a real wall. All in all a fantastic stay and fantastic house I that offers the best that you can get to spend time in sunny Florida!

Our stay was wonderful, from the early check in to the moment we left it was great. The outdoor tiki hut has a Tv, the kitchen is fully equipped with both a k-cup and regular coffee maker and all the pots and pans you would need. Beds were super comfy and water pressure in the showers was great!

We had a good time at this vrbo. For the money this was a great place! The check-in process was easy. Kitchen was great and stocked. Monica was accessible and helpful. The only issue was the ventahood stuck out from the island and my husband hit his head several times while cooking. The back deck area was great and my youngest spent a lot of time trying to catch fish.

I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and the nearby attractions.I especially loved the cozy patio for morning coffee, the stylish decor and the pool amazing. The spotless and well kept kitchen. Great location!

Our family came down to visit family living in the area and to enjoy the Blue Angels air show. The house was the perfect fit for all of us and sitting on the back deck on the canal was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Family vacation

Stayed for a month to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Our kids came down with their families and we made great memories. We loved the pool area separate from the canal. The landscaping and privacy were so peaceful most of the time. Traffic and construction noise was loud at times.The canal side a hut were another great experience

The property is on one level which I liked and the view was very beautiful. It has an open plan concept which is great when family members are all talking, eating and trying to get ready and out of the door! There’s ample parking and the property is close to many amenities. The layout of the house was very user friendly and I’d have no problem in recommending it.

Felt like we were in the Florida Keys. Beautiful property. Great swimming pool & outdoor space. Location was perfect for our stay. We had a family party near Fort Lauderdale with weekend events in Palm Beach County.

Such a wonderful get away for a group of women needing some time away in a relaxing location! It was very clean and had all the things needed. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Many nooks in and outside of the house to tuck away - wonderful outdoor area with a beautiful view of the water. Owner extremely responsive. Definitely would visit again!

Winter Vacation

There were a lot of good things about this place. It was clean, located in a great spot, and communication was easy with the manager. There were also a few things I would change with this property for this price point. There was a pretty big size of wood sticking up in the middle of the back porch, there were zero washcloths in the entire house, for a house that fits this many people I would hope to have more then 2 beach chairs, the remotes should be labeled since there are several all over the house, half the lights on the back porch did not work, and there was no welcome book with any instructions on how everything works or how to leave the place. All little things can could easily be fixed/changed.

Very poor experience

We arrived at your house on Sunday before 5pm and first time we went to the back we noticed that wooden deck was falling apart with some boards being loose and some nails /screws sticking out and exposed. It is very concerning safety issues if you have renters and kids playing around. Immediately I took picture of that defect and emailed Vrbo. Same day we noticed that water in the pool was cold and checked again next day, Monday. Heater and water filter was not working which I also have a video of. At that point on Monday we contacted you again asking for a pool service, not even mentioning that pool was dirty and filthy with dead leaves and some debris floating on the bottom. Obviously it had to be there for a while. Water in the pool was cold, around 60 degrees, which is far from Florida standard pool temperature 80 -84. It stayed cold until Wednesday evening.Same day Monday which was our first full day in the house dishwasher was full and we started it. After not even 10 minutes water was spilling from dishwasher on the floor. At that time I contacted you again and stressed that it was urgent and asked you to contact me. You never called. Later that day, still Monday you said that your handyman was going to stop by and fix it. He did not showed up until next morning. He said that garbage disposal was stuck and he at first could not turn it. Outdoor furniture, chairs and bar stools that you have in the back of the house is old and material is cracking and ripping.
