This house is a waterfront estate completely remodeled for peace and relaxation. We completely renovated this home in 2016. The house is always immaculate. This home has a completely open floor plan with stunning new windows & waterfront views for your vacationing pleasure.

The paradise villa offers the real comforts of home for 10 to 12 people. It has (3) Master Bedroom Suites with King Size Beds/Full Baths. The (4)th bedroom has two sets of Bunk Beds (Full size beds on the bottom & Twin Beds on the top) Full Bath and Walk-in closets.

You will perfectly feel at ease thanks to a big opened living space with plenty of seating and a new 70" TV. A completely remodeled contemporary kitchen with modern appliances and (2) refrigerators/ice makers for your entertaining pleasure, big dining room (table of 8 people) and massive island with additional seating for (4).

Everything is made to take advantage of the stunning Florida climate in an atmosphere of tropical gardens, large palm trees in its luxuriant vegetation with its water view. The patio, a big space welcomes you , with a beautiful large heated swimming pool and (5) chaise lounges with a massive umbrella to keep you protected from the Sun. A new outdoor BBQ is ready for your entertaining and outdoor dining pleasure.

The house was large enough to accommodate our group. Everyone had their own bedroom with private bathroom. In addition, many seating and dining areas for eating, game playing, puzzles and conversations. The outdoor area with pool and spa was great. Especially since there was a lot of rainfall. We were able to go in and out freely between the raindrops and have outdoor dining when it was dry. We loved this place and would highly recommend it! The check in and communications were top notch!

Great property. House was clean and pet friendly. Could have used more blankets, better/thicker beach towels. Would have liked beach chairs/umbrellas to use. Was surprised there weren’t any for us to use. The water from the fridge was excellent, so we didn’t have to use bottled water which was wonderful! Would have been nice to have more lounge chairs outside with cushions. Overall great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The owner even met us on-site to walk through house & ensure we had everything we needed for our stay! The rooms are spacious and the open kitchen format was a fun spot to gather around! The environment was peaceful & the kids had a blast fishing along the backyard waterway! We will be back!! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this VRBO. Location was wonderful and the home was gorgeous. We had a wonderful family vacation! Pool and hot tub were great. However, the only note I would like to point out is that none of the outdoor furniture matches the pictures on VRBO. That should be updated.

The best place we ever been to!

Amazing all together ! Me my wife 3 kids and my parents stayed here for the holidays , clean place , all functioning , amazing views of the canal that we fished in also , heated pool and hut tub all working as they should ! Would definitely recommend and we will book again for sure ! Collette the owner is the best , 24/7 available also Irene the sweet lady that checked us in was very sweet 🙌🏻❤️💯
