Near the most beautiful beaches in South Florida. Enjoy the Venice of the United States! The property is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, near great restaurants and numerous other activities.

Everything has been done to ensure that your stay will be comfortable and relaxing.

Waterfront home with large heated pool and barbecue area.

Master bedroom: king bed, king pillows, closet, private bathroom with hairdryer and 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with cable.

Second bedroom: queen bed and a comfortable daybed for 2, king and standard pillows, closet, bathroom with tub shower and 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with cable.

Crib and High Chair available by request (no extra charge)

Welcome amenities bath kits.

Family room with 65” 4k ultra HD smart TV with DIRECTV.

Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare wonderful meals.

Laundry with washer, dryer, iron and board.

Comfortable desk with printer for business trips and wi-fi access. Laptop friendly workspace.

We have a water softening systems - no bottled water needed. You will feel the effects of soft water on the skin.

If you are allergic, we have UV sterilizer on our A/C system.

The home is meticulously cleaned before each guest's arrival following CDC procedures required by the county.

The front door has an electronic lock and you'll be given the code.

The pool heater is set to 85F˚ in winter. During warmer months the heater will be off for energy saving reasons and also because it is not usually necessary. If you’d like to turn on please let us know.

We need a place for our personal belongings, so the garage and some cabinets will be closed. Unfortunately we don't live in Florida, we live in Brazil. However, we will always be available through e-mail and social media. My brother lives in the same street and he can assist you if needed.

Nice stay, good location close to beach

Overall this home is very nice, great neighborhood, close to beach, shopping, restaurants , as far as the home well stocked nice setup, clean , very nice pool and patio area, just a couple of items that need attention the outdoor grill is nice but igniter does not work can be very dangerous to lite it manually, the dock has some areas that boards are rotted also dangerous, the master bath toilet is loose, both coffee makers did not work but overall the house is very nice just could use some maintenance items addressed.

Great Spring Break trip!

This property was clean, well stocked kitchen and our family enjoyed the pool so much we didn’t want to leave some days. The book that was included with ideas of beaches and restaurants were great places to try. We loved the quiet neighborhood and being on the canal. Anytime we had a question there was always a quick response. I’d suggest getting a wagon for people to use at the beach, and 2 more chairs.We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Had a lovely stay in Pompano Beach. Great home located in a wonderful neighborhood that was perfect for us! Could not get enough of the pool. Main bedroom had a great bed with wonderful pillows and linens! The kitchen was well equipped-best we have ever had in a rental home. Our host could not have been more accommodating.Highly recommend!

Everything you could think of!

This is probably our 10th vacation rental home. Out of 10 homes, 3 have been awful. I did not read the ratings well enough. Now
I will NOT rent a home unless the ratings are between 9 and 10. There also needs to be a lot of high marks, not just 5-10 and they must be RECENT.In January 2025 we left our favorite rental in Hollywood, Florida to visit this rental in Pompano Beach, Florida. The home had ratings of EXCEPTIONAL so I know we made a good decision.The home was extremely clean and it was filled with anything you could possibly imagine We are always promised a heated pool but there’s always a “problem with the heater.” This pool was 85 every day!The TV was huge, probably 85”!Bianca, our host, couldn’t be better. I couldn’t find the TV remote and she got right back to me 10 minutes after her text to tell me it was on the speakers. The king bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft. Plenty of towels plus there was a washing machine to take care of the clothes. (Didn’t use the other beds so can’t comment).So, if you are thinking a nice place to stay, has all amenities, convenient to everything, look no further. Bianca’s home is the place for you! It’s a 10!

Incredible house!

We stayed for over a week during Christmas and it was perfect! A couple of small things came up but Bianca was incredibly responsive and handled everything right away. The house was clean and spacious, and the kitchen was very well stocked! We literally had everything we needed. This house is truly perfect and we ca t wait to stay again!

Everything as is and wonderful to enjoy. We loved our vacation. Although it rained some of the time we were there and we were constricted to staying around the home. We still had a awesome time! Everything we needed was there and everyone loved the pool and outdoor ambiance. Close to beaches and all pompano had to offer. Will be rebooking next year!!
