Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 cars. Very nice and well kept cabin/townhome. Quick 3 minute walk to the Red Line shuttle to get to the mountain to ski and close to plenty of restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here a few times now. It's our go-to home base in Winter Park. Along with the location, what I love is the original art. The owners have loaded the home with original art. They recently installed a mug shelf made from old license plates for a collection of coffee shop-style mugs from different states. It's very cool. Highly recommend this home.

This property has become our go-to, consistently exceeding expectations. The location is truly unbeatable – close enough to easily access downtown, but wonderfully secluded from any highway noise. Imagine having prime mountain bike and hiking trails right in your backyard, with fantastic new routes winding through RendezVous for idyllic strolls through the woods. The firepit is a standout feature, ideal for that first morning coffee or memorable evening gatherings under the stars. Inside, comfort reigns with incredibly comfortable beds, made even better by the recent upgrade to plush new pillows.

The accommodations were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The townhome was comfortable and clean coupled with a great location to a variety of activities, restaurants, and shops. All the creature comforts plus more were in place; (Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, garage, fireplace; etc). A fun added feature were the unique light fixtures and colorful artwork. We would stay again!

I love this place

This is a lovely property. The owners have furnished it was comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. The living room is comfortable and a great space for conversation. I loved sitting out on the patio watching the hummingbirds. Also, the original art throughout the home makes it feel extra special. Highly recommended. Can't wait for our next stay here.

Love this little Getaway Spot

This is my second stay at this property. The owners recently upgraded the king-size bed, and it's so comfortable. They also updated the interior paint from trendy grey to white. I noticed that the art on the walls pops. The patio is my favorite. It's a great spot to read, talk, enjoy a beverage, or nap. I highly recommend this home.

We thought the location was great and enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, clean, and nice layout. The garage was a nice bonus and we appreciated that we could bring our dog. The only constructive feedback is that the master bed was a little high and hard to get into without a step stool and a larger couch or another TV would have been nice. Thank you!

Overall all the experience was a good one. The home was as described, great location. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the refrigerator doesn’t seem to get very cold, and when using the dryer to had to run it twice to dry clothes.

My Happy Place

I love coming back to this home. The location is perfect: it is walking distance to the river and downtown. World-class mountain biking is right out of the neighborhood, so no car shuttle is needed. The firepit on the patio is cozy, and new patio furniture makes it even more comfortable. Quirky and fun: They have huge murals painted in the garage and invite guests to write on the wall and share where they're from and their trip stories. Really cool to see this. Highly recommend. We'll be back.

This is the second year we have stayed in this delightful townhouse! This year we took advantage of the added outdoor grill and fire pit (both natural gas powered and easy to use with upscale grilling tools to make cooking a pleasure). The kitchen may have more tools and amenities than most home kitchens. If you need any kitchen gadget, you can be assured it is in this kitchen! You will find a mini library, board games to delight, and jigsaw puzzles to challenge you. Whether you are visiting with family, friends, or just the two of you; trust me, you will enjoy this home away from home!

While the inside of the property is charming, the inconvenience to advertised pool and hot tub is misleading. Of particular annoyance is the inability to contact the host to discuss specific operations such as the fire pit, bbq and the shotty internet connection. The AI chat function to discuss issues with property management is grossly insufficient.
