Front staff was very nice and helpful. Room was ready on time but the water pressure in the sink was terrible and very low. The shower was fine but shower head put out a high pitch shrill, to the point I turned off the water and started again, to get rid of it. Also had no hot water on Sunday morning. Disappointed. Property def needs a remodel and is very dated
