There was gum under the nightstand, the sheets were scratchy, the internet was spotty so neither the tv or devices worked well, walls are thin…SO NOISY, the hotel just looks old and run down. I slipped in the shower because the provided bath mat didn’t stick, but the staff did bring me ice, which was nice.

We have stayed her 4 times now. Different staff has helped us with some repeat staff. All the staff has smiles, is chatty without being intrusive they all seem to truely be enjoying their work day. Had an issue in a room at 2am it was handled in less than 30 min from Call to front desk to 100% resolved.
