Ideally situated on the water with your own private dock, and only 4 miles from The Villages, one of Florida's premier destination locations! Bring your own boat and fish one of the best bass fishing lakes in the United States. This is the ideal location for your winter stay in beautiful Florida, nearby and adjacent to The Villages, this is a fantastic place for a winter getaway!

Newly purchased, I am completely retro-fitting all accommodations throughout the entire house currently with luxury appointments and furniture. New pictures of the interior are coming soon! Just added a brand new 85-inch absolutely stunning TV that you will most certainly enjoy at my vacation home. This one is absolutely the best!

NOTE: There is a private boat launch 3 houses down from the vacation rental that you can utilize if you bring your own boat!

Beautiful Lake Houe

This is a beautiful house. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, extra conveniences like nightlighoin bathrooms, coffee & tea. The hosts were quick to answer any questions. We loved the pool. Perfect family spot. Will definitely visit again!

Loved the house and the views!

The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked and even nicer than we were expecting. We enjoyed all of the glass windows and doors on the back of the house which provided amazing views from multiple rooms. The pool was clean, the boat ramp was convenient, and the property managers were helpful. We hope to rent this house again. Thank you!

Beautiful property!

My family and I had a great time! The property is beautiful. The pool, the lake and dock make it all worth while. The ability to hang out in the evening and see the sunset and swim at the same time was wonderful and the kids loved it. We hope to be back. House is just as described and pictured. Perfect!
