"Air condition, vending machines and the restaurant. AC was not great. It was hot. I had to get a fan. Vending machines and ice were off. Restaurant hours were unpredictable. I was hungry quite a few times. Nothing available outside restaurant hours either."

"From the moment you check in you are nicely greeted by the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious depending on the type of room. The amenities have been upgraded and spacious. The only downside is the walls seem very thin where we heard folks above us all night from walking or stomping which was frustrating when trying to sleep. We had no issues but I could see folks who are light sleepers where that could be annoying. There is a happy goat coffee shop attached to it which is great for coffee and breakfast. They also gave us vouchers for it which was nice"

"They have virtually everything one would need in the hotel and in your room. The rooms are spacious and fully stocked with every kitchen utensil, appliance and space one needs. The free laundry room on the fourth floor has several washers and dryers with detergent and fabric softener. Our room had an HP computer, monitor and printer which we didn't need but if one needed it, you don't have to go to the business center. The hotel located is in walking distance of Parliament Hill, the Sparks Street Mall, National Arts Centre, Rideau Canal and any of the downtown businesses. The only wish I have is a parking lot that is easier to access. It's very tight."
